One thing i hate more than a missing item or damaged goods is poor customer service. Just keep me updated is all i ask. it doesn't take a lot to keep the customer updated even if it is not what they want to hear. It is so infuriating! I have no problem with the products. I ordered a whole bathroom suite and the quality was good. There was however one small item missing which if you don't have you can't fit the bath. I phoned the company within 20 minutes of accepting the order and spoke with Fiona who said that it wasn't a problem and that she would arrange for the missing items to sent out. Great, i thought. A week later and nothing had arrived. So here we go, the customer having to do all the ringing around to find out what has happened to the missing item. Tired ringing twice, emails sent with no replies for several days. Tried ringing again to be told that they would chase them up and still nothing arrived. Another email sent, finally got a reply from Kathy to be told that she would chase it up and i have still heard nothing from her. Need i say more. You have let yourselves down.
