Bought approx £1200 of goods, with £665 on 2 bathroom pieces of furniture that we only bought after being assured by the Warrington showroom staff that they came completely built and were definitely NOT flat pack. . . . surprise surprise - flat pack. Contacted CS and they agreed after speaking to store staff that they had "possibly" been mis-sold, but could only arrange refund after speaking to the sales advisor that actually sold us the items- fair enough. what followed was 4 weeks of being deliberately messed around - staff not ringing back/not emailing or replying/being cut off mid call/failures to pass to accounts dept for refund etc etc. in the end they had the returned goods and my money for another 2 weeks for which the whole time i had to constantly call and email and chase this up; absolute nightmare and a waste of lots of my time - the most frustrating experience i have ever ever had.
i would love to comment on the products but at this time i am far far too angry!
