Considering the looks and quality, the price is very good. I checked 100s online shops and been to many stores to but whole bathroom and toilet for my parents but Better bathroom was the best choice.
1700 Bari Bath - Rectangular overflow plate installed on a slant, product returned, awaiting replacement product. Bath looked good but overflow had poor workmanship.
i needed an extra box of tiles that i wanted to pick up from the warehouse in lea so i didn't have to pay the expensive delivery charge of 35 pounds which was more that the box of tiles! i was informed the tiles were out of stock for 5 weeks put could pre order by phone which i did again i was told there was a 5 week wait on the tiles.2 days later a delivery came with the tiles that were out of stock and not available to pick up direct!!!!! so my opinion is cheap stock items but betterbathrooms make money on the delivery service not impressed at all
Ordered from the showroom in Wigan, where Simon was knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able see and choose exactly what we needed, and were surprised at the excellent design and quality for so little money. We chose a bath with front and end panels, a shower tray and enclosure, vanity unit and washbasin, plus soft-close toilet and concealed cistern with all the necessary fittings for £1300.00 plus delivery. So far, really excellent. With all items except the slide-rail and shower head being in stock, we looked forward to delivery within 3-5 days as advertised. However, after five days a phone enquiry revealed that four major items - toilet pan, vanity unit, shower enclosure and washbasin, were out of stock and not available for another month and clearly the plan was to deliver the complete load when the final items were available. We had not been notified. This was a serious let down for us and Better Bathrooms. Some insistence led to an agreement that the available items should be released, with the other items to follow. Delivery was subsequently prompt and efficient, but we are still waiting for the remaining items with no anticipated delivery date. I cannot fault the quality and.excellent prices of Better Bathrooms, but when items are in stock when ordered, they should really be delivered within the promised time. Sorry, but in that aspect Better Bathrooms was disappointing.
On placing our order i was informed it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days.The following day i has a message to say it was out of stock and would not be available until a month later. I was advised i would receive an e mail on this date but i didnt. When i rang i was informed only part of the bathroom was available. When i questioned this the person i was talking to said he would go and double check it again. Surprisingly he then told me that it was in fact available apart from the basin which was due in maybe that day. Th mirror which was also ordered the same time was also out of stock.When the new stock came in i was emailed to say they were all damaged and i am still waiting for this now. Payment for all these items was taken immediately at the placing my order. The company states allow 20 mins on delivery to inspect the goods on arrival. However all accessories were packed inside the corner bath, wrapp ed in polythene and on a wooden pallete left at the bottom of the path. The poor delivery driver was on his own and of retirement age so not very able bodied. He informed us he was an agency worker and hated working for the company. All things considered ii would not recommend tBetter Bathrooms to anyone.
Not being a plumber I was reluctant to try on line buying.
The technical advice I received enabled me to order with confidence.
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service.
Ordered 9am on Friday, order acknowledged almost straight away,by early afternoon an email stating the goods were ready for despatch and goods were received on Monday morning. Try beating that
Purchased a complete quality bathroom suite for a fraction of the cost compared to other retailers. Was assisted throughout my order by friendly customer service and delivery arrangements of my bathroom was very flexible. Great communication throughout transaction.
We went to the show room in Warrington to see the bathroom suites ordered them there and then and we collected them a couple of weeks later from the warehouse in Leigh. All staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Products are fantastic, great value for money, great quality not at all shabby or cheap looking and Better Bathrooms was over a thousand pound cheaper than we had been quoted from B&Q and the items were of a far superior quality. We got everything including, bath, shower head, sunken shower controls, waterfall taps, sink in vanity unit, toilet in vanity unit, shower screen, toilet roll holder and tiles and our bathroom now looks like one out of a celebrity magazine. Highly recommend getting your bathroom suite or tiles from better bathrooms.
A friend told us about BetterBathrooms, she sent a text saying that the waterfall taps were only £39.99! I didn't believe it until I looked at the webiste. A trip to Warrington later and I was back on the internet with my order! So much to choose from! We opted to pick our goods up from the collection centre. What a service! Everything was opene d and checkedbefore we left and they even put them in the car! Brilliant!
I would not hesitate to recommend Better Bathrooms for their product, price, service and after sales care. However, the delivery company that they use are shocking - they do not take care of the items delivered (specifically the bath we ordered) and when instructed to remove our damaged items when delivering the replacement items they refused to because they did not have the correct paperwork (even thought it had been sent through the day before) - add to this the fact they delivered everything a day late and will only deliver it to the front door - this part of the experience was very stressful. Which is a shame as the quality of the product, price and actual customer service from Better Bathrooms is great.

ordered materials via the telephone, Asked the sales adviser if all the items were in stock before paying, was told everything was in stock and would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Waited patiently but nothing arrived, on day 5 I called betterbathrooms customer service to enquire where my items were. I was told they had not been delivered because one item was not in stock!!! and the order would be delivered in full in 10 days when the missing item came into stock. I had to explain to my customer why her bathroom was not completed on time, needless to say my customer was very upset and not happy with my service even though it had absolutely nothing to do with me. Betterbathrooms got their money for what they did, unfortunately my customer decided to deduct money from my price because of the inconvienience....needless to say I will not be using betterbathrooms again.
After dealing with Better bathrooms for the first time and not being a person who regularly buys over the internet i found this a very pleasant experience with no hassles and numerous updates via e-mail to keep myself up to date the whole way from purchasing to delivery.

Starting with Betterbathroom website, its so easy to use, we particularly liked the short videos it was like going to a showroom. We ordered what we wanted (although disappointingly our first choice was out of stock) and delivery was very quick. We are now hoping the products when installed look as good as they appeared on the website.
I have just Purchased a Toilet etc Plus Travertine Tiles From Better bathrooms contacted Customer Services on 08/05/2013 at 19.20 waited on the Phone for 30 plus min's
to ask if i could change 8 tiles for mosiac Tiles and pay the difference to be told they would Check the agreement to see if i have signed or if i placed the order by phone,
why should a phone order be Treated any different to a shop order so why was i told this ?????? is it because i might of signed something.
I was informed that the Customer Service Lady that she could'nt check the paperwork untill the Office opened the following Morning.So they would get back to me by Email due to me working Away and not having access to a phone all the time,
I was also told that tiles are not exchangable
due to Colour Matching & Batch Numbers ok i except this with Ceramic etc
But Travertine is a Natural Stone that you can not match anyway,
the value of what i would of returned was £20.00 max but i would be spending £40.00 plus on top of my returns.
so still waiting for a reply from Better Bathrooms ,
I was pleased with the bathroom set, good price, next day delivery which was £50.00 extra, came early ish With no warning of time scale, to getting a phone call, we're here I was only 5 min away which was fine, came home signed for goods and then the man said see ya, I asked do u not bring them into my house as there is 9 steps down to my house and they are on the path and no one to help me, he said I am on my own luv and its a Crete delivery and that's that, to say the least I was not happy spending out £50.00 for delivery that.
Would not recommend. Numerous issues with items and customer service.
Very slow to refund money for faulty items - weeks!
Sales are never genuine and we were sold items that didn't work together even though they were advertised as matching items.
I spent over £1400 worth of product with delivery charge of £36. I had to arrange for delivery three times (had to take three days off work) and they did not turn up without even telling me. Also for your information, delivery guys do only put the stuff in front of your house and not inside, so I had a builder to help me to put all these items in the house. After I complained to Better bathrooms about their delivery subcontractor, they said they won’t take any responsibility for their action and they will not give any compensation for the cost of builder I hired. I would not purchase from them anymore till they get their delivery system sorted. They have similar price to all the rest of these online bathroom stores, so I would choose one with better delivery service.
Placing an order or using this company to buy things were all nice and smooth and the adivisers are all nice. We had problems with the delivery. we ordered a whole bathroom so that is not a small thing to pack. they said they will contact us when exactly the derlivery will come so we can arrange people to help. well nobody contacted us what so ever so when the dirver was at our house we were 15 mins away from the house and by the time my husband got home the driver left. because they dont do saturday delivery and it was bank holiday monday we had to wait for our bathroom until tuesday which put us on all delay with the work. i think if the company wants to stay professional should choose a company that delivers any time so this problem could be avoided and if they say they will contact you they should...
The price was the best we had found surfing the Internet.
The bath, sink and toilet was of high quality.
Our products were delivered on time when you said they would be, and when speaking with your customer services they were very helpful.

We ordered four bathrooms for our b&b to wich we were told would be delivered in 7 to 10 days 5 weeks later we were still waiting despite having emails to say it had been picked in our warehouse it has been dispatched etc . when we rang we were told we should never of been told that and the person that took your order is no longer with us . no sorry no nothing .having rang several times during the 5 weeks it took at no point did anyone apologise .very poor customer service . good quality when it eventually arrived .but the whole experience has put me off using them for the other 11 bathrooms I've brought . go to Victoria plumb ordered dispatched arrived in 4 days .
