Their prices might be competitive and delivery is fairly quick. But you had better hope your items do not need to be returned! Mine were faulty so I thought contacting them and being instructed to use their pre-paid returns label would be fairly straightforward.
Far from it. Their returns label has been chosen so it can only cope with parcels up to 1kg maximum. If you want to return anything heavier than that - well, good luck and brace yourself for a truly inefficient and miserable experience.
Better still - buy your product elsewhere even if it is a few pence more expensive!

Items took 12 days to arrive...poor response from customer service with no explanation. Parcel finally arrived (delivered by flying courier on a Sunday afternoon with no apology) crushed and broken.

We ordered a hair trap with a cap to fit our bath code 62388, the hair trap came with no cap (to keep water in bath) and was a slightly different design than pictured, we checked the website with this code and the code matches the one we ordered, not what was delivered, the main reason for such a low star rating, the sales person left no contact details so we could return it.
I would recomend to others when buying goods over your door this way to check your order carefully before you pay.
Completely dishonest, doctor their statistics with this £1 per book and saying you're on holiday when you don't get orders. No one buys from them and you need to put out 600 catalogues to get even £30 worth of commission. The only people making money at this is the people at the top of the food chain at Betterware. Take my advice as I gave it a go....steer clear
This company sells complete rubbish! And when you try and get a refund they refuse, but let their poor sales people take the fall. I ordered some products from them, which were awful, and rang the door to door sales person, who i actually knew, he told me he would ask his supervisor to refund me, his supervisior refused and told him he would have to refund me, which was more than he would earn in two weeks at betterware!!! The poor bloke only gets a 20% cut of anything he earns and she was telling him to refund the whole amount! She fired him two weeks later after claiming he swore at her..something he would never do! A nasty dishonest organisation, which treats its staff as badly as its customers! Stay well clear!!!
