Good friendly service
Trouble free delivery, friendly service. Appliance delivered two days later than originally planned, this appeared to be fault on the website, easily resolved in one phone call

on time, and what you want
Ordered a fridge freezer ( thought it a bit odd from a television company!) but here it is, delivered as promised by two careful guys. Had a query - answer back by return of e mail! Can't moan at that!

Excellent all round service
Was hesitant at first about spending over three grand on a TV (Sharp 80") and seriously thought about spending a few hundred more at John Lewis just for the security aspect. I did a quick search for reviews on this company and found no seriously negative viewpoints. In fact the Trustpilot reviews gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.
I needn't have worried. All questions were answered by phone, and I did ask about whether the delivery guys could wait till I open the packaging and check the TV. They said this was standard. I also informed them I live on the third floor - no lift: No problem.
The delivery guys were amazing - three of them. They lugged this heavy beast up the three floors and helped me unpack the box whilst I did a check of the TV. They also took away the packaging.
All in all, the service was amazing and I have found a place where I will do all my electrical purchases in the future: The prices are amongst the best out there and when coupled with the service I received it becomes a no brainer.

Would use again...
Beyond Television were the cheapest supplier for the dishwasher I purchased - found at random through Google! The ordering process was easy and simple, the delivery service was excellent. Not sure whether it was policy or not but the delivery driver rang the evening before to ensure that we were aware of what time he was aiming for. Not surprisingly he arrived on time.
Very impressed with the level of service.

Fantastic and Top class service
We recently ordered a Samsung fridge. Not only was the price cheaper than reputed high street stores, Beyond Televisions customer service was top class too like any other top stores known for service. Unlike most of the online retailers who use 3rd party courier service, the delivery was made by their company fleet itself. (understand this prbly is not for American style fridges)
What we loved the most about the service was, while the delivery slot is from 7AM to 5PM, We had a call previous evening to confirm ours was the first and bingo the door bell rang at 7 in the morning. The delivery person was very friendly and very helpful - It was a great releif when we felt the door might be little tight for the fridge.
Absolutely delighted with the service and will defntly use them again.

Excellent! Would definitely use again.
Bought my LG TV from Beyond Televison because they offered the best price and delivery terms on the day. Decision paid off as the TV was delivered on time with no problems at all.
Will definitely use them again when I buy the TV for the lounge next year and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

Fast, professional and great value!
Good product information on the website (regards cashback and extended warranty) - felt like they were putting the effort in all round. They have their own fleet of delivery vehicles and the driver was friendly and helped me in with the machine. Nothing bad to say!

blackpool rock instead of currys
i went to currys to buy a smart tv, they had one in the showroom, asked them (manager)if they could adjust the price to match internet price list which i had printed out, the answer was no. i left, back on the computer i came across this company beyond television, what a star this place turned out to be, loads cheaper than currys quoted, and free delivery all the way fom blackpool on the rainy west coast to the sunny east coast. after ordering said tv they rang to make sure everything would be ok my end and to confirm delivery date and if i needed assistance to set it up. a very nice guy came with the tv on the agreed date. what service !!! i cannot fault this company at all and im so pleased that currys attitude was negative because this led me to beyond telivision . 10/10 for very very polite service, many thanks beyond telivision, beyond belief is closer to the mark, great service in this day and age i will be looking on your site for future purchaces.

Great customer service and buying from here was a breeze
Great customer service. Television arrived on day selected for delivery. The delivery driver also rang me before arriving to let me know what time he'll be arriving. Found the tv at the best price here so it was a great buy and hassle free. Wil recommend buying from beyond television!

Easy Peasy........
I was looking for a reasonably priced TV for my bedroom.
I was going to order from another company .However after reading some reviews I was put off so, looked at Beyond TV. I was glad that I did and the TV was cheaper as well.
I found it very easy to order and the TV was delivered when they said it would be.
Setting up was also very easy to do .
Would use them again and would recommend .

Friendly and helpful on the phone, friendly on delivery, great price and so far great product. Only niggle was a problem with the website that registered a voucher code but did not alter the total
Everything was great except the website that didn't change the final total after adding a voucher code, it acknowledged it had been entered but just not changed the price which I was a little gutted about. Nothing else to complain about though, from sales team to delivery staff there were friendly attitudes and that always makes good an experience.
