Highly recommend BeyondTelevision.co.uk. I had a couple of questions I needed answered before I purchased my item which the staff, over the phone, were very helpful with. I then purchased my item with confidence, however, the following day I decided to change my item for a cheaper model. I called them and they were again more than happy to help me with adjusting my order. They refunded me the difference without any problems and delivered my item on the specified day. 100% satisfied and would have no second thoughts in recommending them and using them again.

The first attraction was the low price - the lowest online for the Samsung Washer Dryer I wanted. I got a call asking if I wanted the old machine taken away etc and the salesperson was very helpful.

The TV i ordered from this company was cheapest online, came with free delivery aswell, came on the day of chosen delivery date, the box the tv was in was in the same condition it left manufacturer and not beaten up, so all in all brilliant in everyway, nice one!!

Bought a television from Beyond Television after having been let down by another company. I knew nothing about this company when I went ahead with the purchase, but relied on their good reviews.
The TV was great value compared with other online sellers, their delivery information was clear, and it arrived safely as promised on the day I had chosen. I would definitely use them again.

I couldn't be happier; the ordering process was simple and stress-free and the communication was clear; I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times. Although I had been advised delivery would be anytime between 7am and 7pm, when I called with a query regarding the extended warranty being offered by the product manufacturer, the gentleman I spoke to advised me my delivery was 2nd on the list for Friday morning, which was very helpful. However, much to my delight, the cheery delivery driver called me at 6.30pm the Thursday evening, offering to deliver the machine within the next half hour - if it was convenient to me! Brilliant - what a delightful surprise.

I do buy a fair bit of 'stuff'. Came across Beyond Television on t'interweb. Called them for advice. And got it from Dave- excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, impartial (across their own stock, obviously, but they seemed to have a wide range).
Cheaper than the supplier I normally use.
The delivery was prompt and friendly too.

Purchased a Samsung induction hob. It arrived on the day I specified when ordering. The only criticism is that on the day of delivery you are only given a time of anytime between 7am and 7pm. This means possibly waiting in all day.
However it turned up at 4pm and the delivery driver was very polite and cheerful. The hob was exactly as expected excellent and looks great in my new kitchen.
I would defiantly recommend Beyond Television as the whole experience was trouble free and for this particular item they were the cheapest I could find.

After a days web searching to get the lowdown on the latest smart tv's, the Samsung, in my humble opinion, suited our requirements best. Found the best prices with these guys, it was real British people on the other end of the phone, who were really informative and helpful. Again when I had to ask about the best type of wall mounted tv bracket to suit the tv's they were very helpful. When the online order was completed and paid for, again nice and simple, I got a phone call to say their own driver will be delivering the TV'S Friday, early evening. The driver called me when he was about to leave on his jolly to inform me of his ETA, sure enough the driver turned up pretty much on time, all smiles and dead helpful thanks. Excellent service.

Online ordering process was really straightforward but feel they could have communicated more in relation to the home delivery.
Can't fault product, price, written(email) communication or after delivery follow up but feel text with ETA for delivery would have been useful rather that a call the hour before from the driver.

The television was the cheapest I could find on the internet when I compared prices for the model. Deleivery was free and I could choose the delivery date I wanted and it was delivered as promised. I would definitely use this company again.

Outstanding service & price

We purchased a new dishwasher after a lengthy search online and in the shops. We found the Beyond Television site purely by accident and was immediately attracted to the very very competitive price they had on the machine we wanted. We were a little dubious at first but then did a quick check online and couldn't find anyone with a bad word to say about them. We took the plunge and found the service to be as good if not better than the price. We ordered on the Sunday, got confirmation of delivery for Thursday by Monday morning. On the day of delivery a very friendly driver called with a half warning of the impending delivery, he arrived on time and was kind enough to put the dishwasher I'm the room of our choosing (the kitchen, surprise!). The dishwasher was in perfect condition. I could not praise this company enough for their good old fashioned quality of service. Don't think twice just buy it from these guys.

Trouble Free Ordering and Delivery Experience for my Washing Machine

Competitively priced with free delivery (all the way from Blackpool to Kent!). Online ordering process was clear and easy to use. Product description good. Could select delivery date on screen (all dates offered were on a Saturday, which was a bonus for me). Chose first delivery date available, which was just over one week from date of order. Happy to wait as current appliance still working (just!). No delivery time could be advised on day of delivery. Arrived at around 4.00pm. (Delivery driver called approx 1 hr before to advise delivery time). Lovely delivery driver, very considerate and helpful. Waited while unpacked item to ensure that it was not damaged. Item not damaged. Offered to take packaging away and move item through to kitchen, declined this as old appliance still in situ and we needed to disconnect and move first. Good purchasing experience. Would use again.
