The fridge freezer we wanted was cheaper than anywhere else delivery was free, and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. There was even a call from the driver to say he was ten mins away. Great service!!

We ordered our washing machine from beyond television as they were offering the cheapest price for this model. As we had not heard of the website before we were hesitant about ordering. However, we were sent a confirmation email immediately after placing our order and were kept up to date about the delivery for the washing machine. On top of all this the delivery was free! Will definitely be using the website again.

SPOT ON from start to finish

We ordered a new Samsung washing machine via the internet from Beyond Television and it was delivered and installed within 6 days. The process was simple and confirmation of delivery was quick.On the day of delivery we got a phone call telling us the item was 30 minutes away,and on delivery the man was very,very good connecting the machine ready for use and removing all the wrappings.
We will be using Beyond Television again!!

A brilliant, quiet, and efficient machine, i am well pleased with it.
it was delivered on the day booked,undamaged, albeit at 5 pm [last drop] a friendly driver and very helpful, and of course the price was the best i could find.
i would certainly recommend beyond television to anyone.
i got somewhat concerned at 3.30 pm when the delivery had not arrived, and i e-mailed the company, and had a reply within 10 mins informing me of the estimated delivery me.

After some research around the net we found just what we were looking for on the Beyond Television easy to use website at what was definitely a great price - we purchased a Samsung washing machine online; good email comms and follow up telephone calls from the company advising and confirming the delivery (which arrived on time). We ordered the TV on the Sunday and put in the date for delivery on the Thursday, that morning I received a call from the driver explaining the time for delivery and he was outside the house exactly at the agreed time.

He brought the new TV in which was all packaged well and helped me remove the old TV to the garage as it was too big & heavy to lift on my own.

I set up new TV and it is exactly what we wanted for a great price including delivery.

Great product, great price, great service!

We found an oven we loved at Beyond Television and we liked the price as well! We were impressed with their communication as they let us know exactly when the oven would be delivered. On the day it was due, one of their trucks had broken down which was supposed to be delivering in our area. They phoned us up, let us know that they would be delivering later that evening instead, which wasn't a problem for us. Later that day, the driver phoned us as well to check we were in and to let us know he'd be there in about an hour - which he was. We are delighted with the oven, it was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely buy from Beyond Television again in the future.

Excellent service in every way. The price beat all the rest, with free delivery - very prompt and efficient; I didn't opt for any paid-for enhancements and didn't need to, but they are available for customers with special requirements. The delivery guy even rang me, when it was getting late on in the afternoon, to reassure me that he was on his way - he was stuck in rush-hour traffic on the M60 but would be along shortly, which he was, very polite and friendly. I'm really pleased with the item, as I was sure I would be, having been provided with a clear and detailed spec on Beyond Television's website. No hesitation in recommending - thank you!

No brainier

Needed a washing machine - phoned Friday morning at 10.30am. Given good , non pushy advice regarding our chosen machine. Asked about the possibility for next day delivery - 230 miles away. After some hesitation, it was agreed it was possible. One hour later, someone from the company phoned the house and confirmed the on-line order. The next morning at 9.30am - after a courtesy call to say they were coming soon, the washing machine was delivered - by their own couriers. Polite delivery drivers, washing machine wrapped in see through plastic - which was easy to tell if the machine had been knocked in transit - it hadn't!
Cheapest price on the web and it would be impossible for a company to provide better service. The whole process was unintimidating and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Brilliant company.

I purchase a Samsung washing machine. The online price was super-competitive. We received confirmation of the chosen delivery date. We received a phone call when the delivery was on its way & the whole experience was totally hassle free, which is unusual in this day & age. My customer journey with Beyondtelevision.co.uk was great. Their customer service was easy to talk to and friendly (I spoke to Matt). I asked whether they could price-match a Samsung fridge, which they did. They also kept me updated of the delivery time and date. My fridge was the first drop on the day of delivery and the driver (Phil) was jovial and very helpful. He wasn't the typical delivery driver governed by the watch, and took time to explain everything carefully and patiently. If I need any more appliances, I'll definitely be going to Beyondtelevision.co.uk.

Purchased a Samsung UE60EH6000 - Full HD, Freeview HD 60 " LED Television

I would just like to let you know how happy I have been with the service you provided.

The delivery arrived spot on time, Blackpool to Carmarthenshire, no problems and the driver obviously loved his job and could not have been more helpful.

Besides being the most reasonably priced seller of our TV the fact that your own drivers deliver the items was what swayed us to buy from you.

Electrical items coming from overseas get handled many times before they get to the UK retailer but then you get the UK couriers who seem to have little respect for any of their cargo, they treat everything the same irrespective of value or how fragile it is.

Having your own delivery fleet, good customer services and reasonable prices makes you a company to be recommended and certainly dealt with again.

You couldn't get a better service

Bought a YAS-201 sound bar and sub-woofer at £60 cheaper than anywhere else with a UK address. Saturday delivery, text to inform which hour of the day the delivery would take place and a phone call 10 mins before arriving with genial chap.
Model was a complete revelation over the awful lack of clarity from our new samsung tv.
Its so good we actually listened to La Traviata all the way through.

Loved this Company - The Customer matters

Called this company to place order over the phone as prefer the 'old fashion way'. I spoke to a nice man who advised that orders not taken over phone for payment security reasons but offered to go through the online order process with me.
He told me that they are a long standing 'family business' and was very helpful when I enquired about a manufacturers warrenty. No over-selling
Delivery was available almost immediately and the driver called me half an hour before he arrived - He was also very helpful.
Would definitely reccomend this company - Unusual these days for the Customer to matter as much as I felt that I mattered to this Company.
