I am very dissaponted with the Service I received from BHL Company. At the beginning of this year I ordered a desiner smart looking radiator, but it turned out to be damaged. I sent it back after taking couple of pictures of the damaged radiator and sending an email to the Company requesting a full refund in February 2013. The damaged radiator had been collected very quickly, but the refund ( which turned out to be NOT FULL) I received only in May 2013. The worst part of it that in order to get my money back I had to phone them a few times with no clear answers every time I called. When I finally got the refund I realised that it was not full amount. So, I had to phone them yet again only to find out that the delivery charge has not been refunded for some unknown reason. The next step was that the Company asked me to write a complain about it and someone suppose to look at it. I sent my email to them yesterday. It means that the matter is still not resolved!
After sending the first damaged radiator back I ordered another one. The Delivery of my second radiator was booked 2 or 3 times and cancelled at the last minute. Again I was on the phone for hours as nobody could give me a confirmation of the Delivery time. It caused me a lot of stress and time wasting. Finally, after the 3rd attempt my radiator has arrived and surprisengly NOT being damaged!
In conclusion, I feel that the BHL is providing very poor service to the customers.
Having been let down by several other companies I came across BHL online. Their online chat was useful, it was real person who provided me with assistance when enquiring about stock levels and delivery times. They were honest about how long it would take to get the products (the last company said delivery would be within 3 days and 3 weeks later were fobbing me off with tales about why they had not sent the items). They let me choose a delivery day (which meant I could book the delivery for my day off). They kept me updated by email as to the progress of my order.
I needed a bath panel for my tenanats, everywhere I looked was too expensive and I found BHL online and found one at a great price. The transaction was nice and easy., plenty of detail given on the listing and the delivery was very quick. Reasonable delivery charge considering the size of the item. I would highly recommend BHL. and definitely use them again.
When ordering online i found it weird i was not able to book/ arrange a delivery slot. It was nearly a week later when a delivery datewas confirmed and i didn't expect it to be so late - i assumed when ordering they would be with me within the week.
I had to rearrange the delivery date and BHL were very accomodating. However i was told the delivery would be in the morning (8-12 slot) and we arranged that the driver would call me an hour before arrival as i don't live at the property. However, no call was made and the rads turned up about 4pm that day. Lucklily my husband was working at the house all that day but otherwise this would have been a real issue.
Ordered some water filters which are quite difficult to find but managed to order through BHL at a very competitive price.
Ordering on the website was very easy especially with the option to pay via PayPal.
Was kept up to date with my order via email and item was delivered between delivery dates promised.
Would definitely recommend.
I ordered some Calflow flow restricting cartridges for a bathroom tap - about the size of an oxo cube each (there were 3). I was told only after the order had been placed and the money taken that they would be delivered after about three weeks. Why so long for such a small and low value item (£15 total order)? Had I known first, I would have ordered them elsewhere. Not impressed.
I have ordered a number of radiators at different times over the last year. I have found the website simple to use and the number and variety of products ample to satisfy any requirements. The price is also extremely competitive. But the real test of customer service is when things go wrong- on two occasions I ordered the wrong size radiator but there was no problem with return/refund and reorder. The telephone staff were helpful and informative.I will continue to use and recommend this company.
When I placed my order I had expected an early response to my order, this did not happen. I finished up having to phone the company and send emails before I received a reply. it took 3 weeks to get my order through these people only to find that the equipment I had ordered was delivered from my local town 12 miles away, Had I known that this was how they worked I would have gone into town and picked them up myself.
this company has all that is required for heating equipment etc has good prices good delivery times equipment good quelatey no hassel pictures of equipment on line is great shows all types and sizes

Satnav phone holder arrived on time and in perfect condition. So simple to attach that even my missus could use it. I will use this company again for similar products.
A five-star shopping experience - BHL provide very good prices and prompt delivery - staff are really helpful, have excellent product knowledge and come back to you when they say they will - unlike many suppliers!
I order some radiator parts in February, I had an email to say that they would be delivered at the end of March. By early April i rang as the parts had not been delivered. They delivered my order a few days later. However when I opened up the packaging, two side panels were missing. Side panels of a radiator which should be sent as a pair (and paid for as a pair) and has Panels (Pleural) in the description. As I write this still awaiting missing pair
Good website and attractive price but after you have placed the order then you learn that it's going to take a month before delivery, very frustrating particularly as it was a toilet cistern that was constantly overflowing and needed replacing quickly. Not impressed.

A delivery date was given for the radiators I ordered and I was able to state a time to suit myself.
The delivery driver was very helpful and helped to place the radiators in the location I needed them.
Best price for the shower on the net. Prompt delivery, goods arrived undamaged, carrier was polite and efficient. Shower as fitted and works as you would expect, everything was in the box including screws and wall plugs.
The delivery arrived but know one was home to receive it, and since then I've been unable to speak to someone in customer service about my purchase, because they keep me on hold for at least 10 minutes till I give up.

After pricing a lot of sites and local companies for a plinth heater, I came across BHL website. Entered the make and model of heater I wanted and was very surprised. The cheapest quote I had already received was over £300. BHL quoted £195, what a difference. Phoned them up to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, the person I spoke to was very helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. Being cheeky asked if there was any discounts and was offered free delivery. Jumped at the offer and within 5 days item arrived with all parts, none missing, a bonus. Would order from this company again and recommend them to all!!!
Arrived quickly in first class packing. My plumber had no problems, installing in place of 25/30 year old.Myson heater.

Once the order was placed I was told to expect an e-mail within 48 hours to say when delivery could be expected I had to contact the company myself to find out. I was told then the date and then received an e-mail confirming the date,took time off work as there had to be somebody to sign for it only to get a phone call halfway through the day to say it wasnt even at the local depot so it could not be delivered,eventually it arrived a week late
Ordered goods for more than £600. Toilet pan and basin were damaged - sent an email with pictures of the damage the next day. So far no response from this company. Nothing.
Also very long (14 days) delivery time. Would not use this company again.
