I ordered a new net to replace the old one which had lasted over 4 years, deciding to stay with Big Air for convenience and compatibility (price was also cheaper!). A 14ft net was ordered, but unfortunately a 12ft net was delivered marked up as a 14ft net. I didn't realise the problem until the trampoline was pulling itself inwards. A quick phone call followed by a few pictures later, and Big Air had replied within a few hours to inform that a new net was on its way, this time definitely a 14ft one to match my trampoline order they still had on record from 2009. Very impressed with customer service and new net is now fitted only four days after the original order was placed.
My son's trampoline had been needing new net and padding for a while. On Sunday morning another loop on the net went as it had rotted over the years outside. Right, I thought, I got to sort this. I ordered new net and padding on Sunday afternoon and had them by Tuesday morning, with free delivery too! My son feels like he has a brand new trampoline out of the blue!
Order was part delivered, the remaining "box" has still yet to be found, 4 days later, I am still expected to wait for it to turm-up, although neither UK Sport Imports or Citylink know where it is. This order was for a birthday present, I had a very disappointed child on the day and there was no offer of a solution in sight from UK Sport Imports, although they did say sorry many many times, it was more irritating that good customer service. I am out of pocket and with no Trampoline.... very angry.
There are several parts that are bent to such a level that I have been unable to build past the first stage It's a shame because the quality of the materials look good but when I try and fit the outer circle component parts together they will not slot into each other as there are dents at the end I am left with the choice of reboxing all the parts and sending back or taking my blowtorch to the offending parts and then hammering out the dents, a pain either way and a disappointed grandson who cannot use his birthday present. Paid more on the back of the online review that talked about good quality, saddened that I seem to have got a bad one, should have bought from asda and saved myself £65
This seemed the best offer I could findfor a 14' trampolene for the family. It was a great price until the delivery charge was added,despite them advertising FREE Delivery all the way through until you enter delivery address. Then you get nextday delivery with 1 driver whom you have to assist with offloading £75 and 2 man delivery £60. As I was unsure if I had to pay £135 for 2man I phoned customer services. The girl explained either or so to make it cheaper I opt for £60. You can choose the day for delivery- as this is Thursday, it will be next Wed or Friday so I pick Friday 24th Jan.Email confirmation rec'd 16th Jan. Email rec'd to confirm delivery as Monday 27th Jan.No good to me so back on the phone to say wrong day. Igot this time re-arranged it for the following Friday 31st Jan. I then got a text the day before at 11am to say I would get a sms message before 6pm giving me a 4 hour time slot for delivery and the number to phone if it was unsuitable but you will incurr charges if you change it after 12noon on Thursday. 7.05pm I get a call at home on my landline with a recorded message to say they will be between 4pm and 8pm on Friday night Panic my house would be empty by 6.30pm Recruit the neighbour to sign for delivery if needed. I had never been told they would deliver so late at night. Luckily for me they came in a torrential downpour at 4.05pm. The 2 Geordie men were great and put it exactly where I asked and went on their way. Weather been so bad ever since that it is still in its boxes.
Really pleased with the trampoline but I think we should have bought the bouncier one. There is nothing wrong with the one we got but as we are an active outdoor type of family, we could have managed with the bouncier one. I think the description of the various types is good to help you choose what is right for you but in hindsight I should have telephoned and asked advice - although I suppose the company has to be careful what they say for health and safety reasons. Overall a great purchase and we love it.
Big Air Trampolines, UK Sport Imports, IRG Europe. Whatever they call themselves they are without a shadow of a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is non existent, they don't reply to emails or call you back. Their ineptitude resulted in my grandchildren not receiving their Christmas present!! Their staff had various opportunities to resolve the problems caused by Citylink damaging the items and they all failed! I will never use this company again and would strongly advise others not to. Trustpilot does not allow me to rate zero stars otherwise I would.
We bought a protection netting for a 12ft trampoline. Erecting it was a challenge because the instructions were for another product with different fittine arrangements. Nonetheless we figured it out and are pleased with the product we have.
ordered 10ft round trampoline mat...very specific about dimensions on phone,they sent an 8ft mat...after 4 phone calls manager stepped in and got another sent next day..arrived..10ft but its octagonal!..made it fit the trampoline..but some springs overstressed,others not stressed,so not really suitable,but bored of this now. would not recommend.
Very quick efficient delivery and trampoline is as described. The kids love it and adults too. All seems really good quality and easy to assemble. My only reservation is the cover which doesn't seem to be as waterproof as I'd expected. After it had rained there were puddles on the trampoline when we took off the cover so we may look elsewhere for a better cover.
Bought 12 ft Trampoline said next day delivery, I then stupidly paid £40 for two man delivery THEN no delivery - Call them and they said 7~10 days unless I remove the £40 and make it next day......in all the 72 hours -NO communication until I called them and NO notication on website that it will take longer if you pay for delivery......A lot to improve on me thinks!
The company always kept you up to date in what was happening with your order and very accommodating when it came to delivery times and staff very friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
