Goods were in stock and delivered on requested day by jovial delivery drivers. Phone call to advise me they would be arriving soon and were extremely grateful I was in to receive the delivery. Good customer service, I'd buy from them again.
A helpful lady try to put things right, never to here from her again and stone walled on what she had promised for me. Got a refund and brought product else where cheaper.
Bath panel arrived promptly the next day, bath arrived 3 days later after several phone calls to chase up. When it arrived it was not the make or model ordered - with holes for handles with no handles. After several very unhelpful conversations with customer service we accepted them to send handles as they could not deliver the actual bath in time for our fitter, now to find that once the shower screen was fitted the handles stick up and hit the screen. Major issue is the company big bathrooms is a secondary company and keeps blaming the supplier and not resolving the problems
I have a very expensive, top of the range, corner bath (so what if its colour is no longer fashionable?) and its cable-operated, pop up waste became stiff, then unopenable. I had to resort to a drain-unblocking 'plunger' to get the waste plug out (and it took a number of attempts).
This spring- loaded waste works perfectly (and I wouldn't be surprised if this design supersedes the cable-operated type).
BigBathroom Shop should have telephoned me prior to delivering my shower cubicle, fortunately I was in, otherwise I dont know what would have happened to my order. Also I ordered a shower blade and it was just taped to the box of my order, therefore it was filthy and battered. The Big bathroon shop did replace the shower blade after a 'phone call and the shower cubicle was what I ordered.
Express delivery free of charge. Part of the delivery was damaged, which was replaced with out any issues, and again delivered in double quick time.
Ordered a vanity unit with basin and w.c. Got sent the wrong toilet pan then after waiting over 2 weeks still had no vanity unit and basin so rang to be told that it was sat in the warehouse but had no idea why it hadn't been sent. Finally got the vanity unit but no basin rang to be told it would be delivered next day. Two days later I receive the basin.
Thanks to a measurement challenged Uncle, I initially ordered a bath which was too short, but realised this prior to despatch and managed to stop the delivery - which was on time. The replacement however was fraught with problems - not despatched as promised by the warehouse, not put on the lorry - not sure why, and then to top it all off, the saturday delivery failed to arrive - but to be fair, the dumping of snow across the UK probably put paid to that one. I was on first name terms with about three of the staff at BB, and have to say they were all lovely and helpful (even if it did't quite happen as promised...). Would I deal with them again? Probably - the bath was great quality and look fab. I would however have reservations, and it would take a flawless set of events on any future order to make me 100% confident again.
I had several problems with my booking, all of which were not resolved reasonably in my opinion. Firstly I paid an extra £55 to have my bathroom suite delivered before 9am on a Saturday. By 10.30am on the chosen Saturday nothing had arrived so I called the delivery company who said they had my order down for delivery on Monday (and that they didn't even do these kinds of deliveries on a Saturday!). This was obviously very unacceptable as I'd paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday to save me having to take a day off work. I tried to call Big Bathroom Shop but found their customer services line is only open Monday to Friday. Luckily a very kind man at the delivery company agreed to deliver it to me himself, otherwise I would have had a major problem as I had booked a builder to come round for the weekend to fit the suite. My second problem was that the tap and shower mixer for the bath had not been delivered, so the builder could not fit the bath anyway. Again I couldn't speak to anyone at Big Bathroom until the Monday. When I did eventually manage to speak to somebody on the Monday I was told that they were taking no responsibility for the delivery not being recorded as the right date (despite me having the delivery form from the delivery company stating clearly that it was never intended for a Saturday delivery) and as a 'goodwill gesture' they would give me half my delivery charge back. I was deeply unhappy with this as I think I should have been refunded my whole delivery charge. The date that it was apparently scheduled for delivery would have been free of charge anyway! And when I spoke to them about the tap and shower mixer they said it was due to be delivered the following day, what good is having a bath delivered without the taps to go with it?!? So I was then without a bath for a week until the builder could come back and finish the job. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. I would also like to stress that at no point was I informed prior to any of these problems occurring that these things would happen. Very disappointed customer.
Ordered a wash station from your company, and was delighted to receive it very quickly. Alas it was broken, but after informing you, received a new one, in one piece, within a few days. Excellent service all round, will use your company again, when the need arise, and would highly recommend you. Thankyou.

I did not receive my order and when tracking through their website was told the order had been despatched. I tried four times by email and three times by telephone to talk to Customer Service. Not one email or anyone I spoke to could tell me what had happened to my order. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks. NO SINK UNIT - NO REFUND - NO COMMUNICATION.
The problem was resolved and I received a full refund but I did have to ring back again to chase collection of the screen and confirm refund.
I GOT MY ORDER OK BUT ONE SMALL PART WAS DAMAGED, SO AFTER SENDING A PHOTO, SPENDING 40 MINUTES ON HOLD ON THE PHONE GIVING UP, AND DOING 2 LOTS OF WEBCHAT, 3 WEEKS LATER I GOT A NEW PARCEL
IT WAS FOR A PART FOR A CISTERN AND NOT MY FLUSH PLATE, AND IT WASN''T EVEN FOR MY LOO.
SO IT HAS NOW COST ME AN EXTRA £42 TO BUY A PART FROM ELSEWHERE.
My new radiator arrived exceptionally quickly. The delivery man was great. The radiator is a fantastic focal point for the room that so far everyone has said looks amazing. It gives of loads of heat making the room feel snug during this freezing cold weather. It is everything I could wish for and at a great price
The bath delivered with the first order was unwrapped and so badly damaged that it was sent straight back. A second wrapped bath followed 2 days later. Although in a sealed package the cistern with the lavatory appeared to have some kind of adhesive on the bottom,as though it had been used in a display. This came off fairly easily so I did not complain. I did complain about the broken thermostatic bar on the shower both by email and over the phone. As yet I have had no follow up about this. Our plumber simply bought another one, as I was anxious to get the job finished. A family bereavement has prevented me from following this up as I might have done otherwise. All telephone calls have been answered promptly and staff have been as helpful as possible.
Onthe whole easy to find what was needed and fairly easy to oreder.
I would recommend this company, easy to shop with and customer focused. I placed a few orders as a consequence and will do more orders. Good prices as well and choice of quality products.
I ordered a shower mixer from the website on the 11th March and finally received delivery on the 19th March even though the website specified that the stock was available and dispatched within one working day .. not one week!
I was in a hurry for the item and had I known the length of delivery I would have gone elsewhere.
However to their credit they did not debit my money until a day before the item was despatched and the item itself was fine and seemingly good value for money.
New Aqua Splash guard arrived safely on time well packaged and with fitting instructions. . Is the perfect addition to the side of our new walk-in bath to stop the shower splashing onto the floor between the wall and the shower curtain. Splash guard exactly the right size to fit the very narrow space between the door of the bath and the wall ! :-)

Customer service phone lines unmanned at weekends and there was an inadequate forwarding message which put me through to a redundant extension where I could not leave a message. Product - a shower valve - arrived without an essential part, which necessitated two call outs for our plumber with associated higher installation cost for us. When i did get through to a person, she was not esepcially apologetic and said they would not deliver the missing part by special delivery to compensate, only via their normal mail system. There as no attempt to make up for their fault. Then when the missing part - the valve cover - arrived it was not chrome but plastic; the description of the product in the website did not make this clear. Note to self: in future, see before you buy. Would not use this company in future or recommend to anyone else.
I placed the order online which was easy and found what we were looking for at a good price. The items were delivered in good time although we did not know when the items were coming and received a call from the delivery driver on the day who was outside our house and we were not in!
My only issue was that I placed the order via the giveasyoulive website which raises money for charity as you shop with stores via their website. The donation from bigbathroomshop did not show up although I did place the order in the right way, we have been since told that myvouchers codes was visited during the process so the sale has been rewarded to them which I think is very unfair as the initial transaction was done via giveasyoulive!!

Since the reply from mybathrroom shop below i have still not heard from them and the donation had NOT been given to NSPCC via giveasyoulive!! Very disappointed!
We ordered a radiator and paid for the specified Saturday morning delivery which was fantastic as we both work full time. . The order process was clear and easy to follow. The product arrived exactly when specified and was just how it was described online. Very good quality product and company. Would definitely order from them again.
I did not end up buying anything as I was unable to change my order only a couple of hours of making it. However they refunded my cash back to my account without me having to contact them so I will definitely use them again
another company who hide behind un-reasonable terms and conditions, goods arrived damaged but as we were busy organizing our bathroom refurbishment we did not open the box till after 7 days, rather than accept the goods were packaged in-correctly (bag of screws next to the mirror surface) all I get is nothing can be done expect for me to waste another £85 on a replacement mirror, thanks for your 21st century couldn't care less attitude and you won't be seeing me again
