Despite being shown as 'in stock' a couple of days upon purchase I was advised that the delivery will not take place for another 2 weeks but I was given a definite date for the delivery. That date was reconfirmed a few times (including a day before for the deadline) in that period when I called to ask for an update. Having then booked the installers I was advised that the wait time will be another week or longer and if I do not want to wait I can always cancel my order. The order has arrived eventually within the second deadline but with some elements missing (which they had to then send separately). They do answer the calls but they tell you what you want to hear rather than the truth.
Found your delivery charges on the steep side. You treat the Highlands as one. Not on ! Product arrived timeously and looks good now installed.
Very impressed with the quality of the towel rail I purchased. The price was incredible - much lower than anything in the DIY sheds for what I believe to be a much higher quality product than they currently offer. Will definitely recommend and revisit your site in the future.
Poor customers service didnt reply to emails and sink was out of shape did not notice until fitted.
Checked around online for this toilet pan and cistern package but many companies wanted to sell the pan, cistern and toilet seat as separate items with the result that the price kept getting higher. Found this as a package and was delighted with the next day delivery and the quality of packaging. My only ripe would be that the pan appeared to have been stored in very dusty conditions and was very dirty, to the extent that it had to be washed down outside before it could be put away ready for the fitter. Other than that, very happy.
Purchased a shower enclosure for my daughters en-suite. It was fitted by a certified plumber as per instructions. The seal at the bottom of the door started leaking within a few months. I phoned BBS only to be told that it wasn't their problem and to contact the supplier - mark 2 - which I have been doing now for nearly 2 years. I have had 4 seals sent to me which all seem to perish after a few months - its a flimsy piece of silicone strip which can't take the stress its supposed to.The shower is now unusable as it floods the bathroom - and i don't want another seal. Promised phone calls are never returned from the supplier and i have been trying to contact customer services of BBS since 07-30 when they state they open- it is now 0930 and still no answer. All I want is a refund so i can buy a shower fit for purpose or a replacement.
Can somebody help me???????
I am happy with the quality of the items I ordered but delivery was a nightmare. Despite the 3-5 delivery info on the website I waited two weeks and no sign of my order so decided to call them a remind about it and so they delivered some of the items. After that waited another week for the remaining item, called them again, was told "the item was not ordered from their supplier and they could not say why it was not done" and so waited another couple of days for the delivery. A lot of phone calls and reminders to get the items you ordered and the waiting time on the phone is outrageous.
Order arrived in different batches which was fine except most of the first delivery was left on the van and had to come separately after a phone call to BBS.
Shower tray was faulty but as it couldn't be inspected until the plumber came to fit it- builders in house and couldn't leave a shower tray unwrapped and unprotected there was nothing I could do about it- 7 day policy
No problems with the order but awful delivery my £400+ bath and taps were left on a pallet on the road (not pavement) outside my house even though my neighbour with a key was outside my house!
Had a problem with the item and was replaced after explaining and sending pics( that was the only down fall having to get pics via email)
(when a person is not upto this thing )other than that it as i said replaced at no extra charge whereas with so companies, if you want to return get charged.
The person's contacted were polite and helpful

The product (a shower screen) I ordered arrived quite quickly but was slightly damaged. I immediately rang to discuss getting a replacement.The helpdesk sounded helpful but did nothing, I rang again two days later and had the same discussion and they passed me onto the supplier who wanted a photo. I sent the photograph and was told they would send a replacement, that all took the best part of two weeks.It is now two weeks further on and they still haven't sent anything. My bathroom fitter was only around for a short while so I went out an bought an alternative. I should have followed this up to get my money back but haven't bothered.
Despite two on-line e-mail chats to determine appropriate item and stock level, followed by two confirmation e-mails, advising 'chaps in the despatch department working on my order' and items despatched -the item was not in stock, it was not being worked on and it was not despatched!!
Delivery was affected around three weeks later, a period during which I attempted to contact the company with perhaps 50% success rate - the other times I was told that my call was important to them!
I will admit that I was in a very poor signal area but two enquiring e-mails went unanswered.
I spoke to the manufacturer of the puchased item and it was actually out of stock with them, so the delay was not of BigBathrooms making just the disappointment!
Overall, a good price for the item but it would appear that I have not paid for any acceptable level of service.

However, it took almost one month and several phone calls (including one that I waited online for over 40minutes before having to hang up), in order to obtain a full invoice required for our company accounts.
I ordered and received a towel rail, but, as my bathroom was reconfigured by the builder, I was able to have a bigger towel rail. However, I rang to ask if they could deliver a bigger (and considerably more expensive) rail, and pick up the first one, but they said no, I would have to pay for the first to be returned.
I have, therefore, bought a rail from a local shop, which seems a lot less complicated, and is a similar price.
I went through a cashback site to order basin and bath taps and a towel rail. All the products were lovely quality at very good prices. Communication was really good. Delivery was quick. Very happy. To top it off my 'cashback' was paid in a few days. many companies take months to pay out!
Looked at many radiators, but this met the criteria, and also at a reasonable price unlike some of the designer radiators!! Delivery and packaging could not fault and the product even better. Will look lovely in my new kitchen once that's finally finished!!!
I had to return my toilet as the design at the back would not fit to my waste pipe, This was returned on 11-10-2013 and to this date 1-11-2013, I am still awaiting my refund despite numerous phone calls
Easily placed order, well packaged item especially the sink and pedestal which were boxed and in a surounding expanding foam package filling! Made it interesting in getting them out the boxes!

As a new customer it was a very easy order, delivered quickly for a very good price. It is how online purchasing should be - good product range of quality items, with reliable delivery and prices that put the high street stores to shame. My order was of tiny value but I felt like I was being treated as if my order was vast. A highly recommended company.
Milano cloakroom suite Item was out of stock for a long time and I can see why once ordered item came quickly complete with everything required it looks fabulous and well made what a bargain ! Well happy
