I did not end up buying anything as I was unable to change my order only a couple of hours of making it. However they refunded my cash back to my account without me having to contact them so I will definitely use them again
another company who hide behind un-reasonable terms and conditions, goods arrived damaged but as we were busy organizing our bathroom refurbishment we did not open the box till after 7 days, rather than accept the goods were packaged in-correctly (bag of screws next to the mirror surface) all I get is nothing can be done expect for me to waste another £85 on a replacement mirror, thanks for your 21st century couldn't care less attitude and you won't be seeing me again

Pleased with service and free delivery. Only down side was picture of toilet on website did not clearly show it and woudn't enlarge. When it came it was different from what we expected as it was not a complete solid base, had a ledge around bottom and two inset areas at either side which I was wanting to avoid as this just gathers dirt. Apart from that I was really pleased with the vanity unit and sink but the shelf supports were missing, still trying to obtain some locally but the hole is slightly bigger than the normal supports that I can find.
Ordered a drawer unit for my bathroom but when it arrived the inside measurements were a lot smaller than the outside ones given on the website so was not suitable. It was impossible to get to speak to someone on their customer service number and when managed to talk to someone about returning the goods was told that it would cost £15.00. As it would have been impossible to post the item back had to agree to pay the cost otherwise would lose all our money but felt it was a very unfair charge and would therefore not use them again.
Order placed and was apparently damaged in transit by the couriers, no-one however contacted or advised me. I would have expected the order to have been reissued and an apology for delay, but the order was simply cancelled and I was left waiting for items I needed with no knowledge I no longer had an order. Communciation seriously lacking, I was using as a trial for supplies for two large apartment blocks I manage and would not use the company again desite me having regular needs.
Next day delivery and great communication from this company. They make sure you are happy with the goods and reply to questions more or less instantly. Have got to rate this company very highly.
The bath was ordered Monday afternoon, and received Tuesday morning! Sadly it had been damaged in transit but the problem was resolved speedily with a photo of the damaged sent to them by email. A replacement bath was received the next day and the faulty one returned - absolutely no quibble!
Found this very efficient, helpful bathroom shop on line. I ordered the new shower cubicle, bidet and bits and pieces on a Monday at 10.00 pm and it arrived early on Thursday morning. Very impressive. Had to telephone with a query and the customer services department was second to none. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
Bought a full bathroom suite for a customer. The delivery was next day even thoughit said 3-5 days so I wasn't on site when it arrived. The loo seat wasn't delivered so was sent later and arrived without fittings leaving customer's finished bathroom with no loo seat. Bath had no wall fixings or mounting points and staff had zero product knowledge. Very poor all round and would not recommend to anyone. The product arrived in good time and in good condition matching the description on the website. I have had no problems with the product or service and would happily recommend the site to anyone else
We have a property which we are converting into a domestic residence but live 4 hours away.We went down in October and foolishly purchased a complete bathroom suite from BBS at a cost of £746 .First off,two sinks arrived so we contacted them and they arranged a collection for the extra sink then the rest arrived on a palette,the bath panel was wrapped in clear polythene and was badly damaged,the delivery man said he could not take it back and we were to contact BBS which we did only to be told we had to email pictures of the damaged item which we did they then sent a replacement..We left the suite in its packaging as the bathroom was not due to be fitted until early December and we had to return home as we run a business and obviously had no bathing facilities at that point the plan was to have the bathroom ready for Christmas so we could spend Christmas there with our terminally ill 14 year old dog but when the plumber came to unpack the suite to fit it,the bath was all smashed and unusable I telephoned BBS and explained the situation only to be told point blank that they would not do anything about it as I ahould have reported it within 7 days and if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay!I reiterated the fact we live 200 miles away and did not unpack as it was not due to be fitted until December but they still rudely refused to help in any way.I then e mailed the"cutomer services manager"hahaha [Name removed] who also replied very rudely using my first name and basically telling me if I want another bath I have to pay they have robbed me of £746 I bought the suite in good faith and have been sent damaged unusable goods I have had to pay the plumber even though he has not fitted the suite as he had allocated the time,Christmas was totally ruined as we could not go down as planned as we have no bathroom facilities and still haven't because the bath was a shower bath and very expensive and now I have had the additional expense of paying the plumber I cannot afford another bath or to pay to fit the suite at this time I am devastated and appauled at the way I have been treated by this cowboy company they should not be allowed to trade they also charged me TWICE on my credit card which I also had to chase them up about BE WARNED!I am now going to seek legal advice .

Having problems with broken parts and bad service I rang Customer Service whom dealt with my problems ASAP
on there return from the weekend.
The problem lie with the courier service and not Big Bathrooms.

Ordered a bathroom cabernet over 2 mouths ago, they sent me text message to say (delivery today),lovely never came....they text me again( delivery today) guess what waited all day & yes it never came, so rang them.... they say they will ring you back & they don't, so ring back again & was told they will order the cabernet again as it looked like it was not ordered in the first place & the people on the phone just don't care....... (so i will not order from the big bathroom shop again) just hope they will give me my money back with out anymore waiting or phone calls.If you order from them hope you don't have the same experience.....

Received the Gloss White Bathroom Furniture Storage 4 Drawer Unit but unfortunately with incorrect size screws for the handles, raised a query with BigBathroomShop and they dispatched new handles and screws immediately, excellent product and excellent customer serivce.
I used the Big bathroom Shop because the shower enclosure that I wanted to buy was on sale and I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. I ordered the parts 2 weeks before I needed them to ensure they would be delivered before my builder was due to start. The parts were in stock and I was expecting them to be delivered within 3-5 days. The next day I had a phone call to say the delivery driver would be with me in 30 min. My shower arrived in less than 24 hours! The delivery driver was very polite and carefully brought the heavy items into my house. If there is one thing I can suggest it would be to give more warning before delivery as I was only given 30 min notice and luckily I was off work otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get home in time to take delivery.
I didnt need to use the shower tray and sent it back within the stated 30 days. I did phone to check they had received the tray and they confirmed the tray had been received and that my refund was going through.
I bought a Simpsons ten shower enclosure and am very pleased with the quality and look of this shower. The photos don't do it justice!
All in all a very pain free experience and I would highly recommend this company.
Thought quality would be compromised due to cheap prices. Could not be further than the truth. The quality is great and the value of what you get got your money is fantastic. For an Internet company to have a real phone number to speak to a real company was bonus to. Delivery was on time as arranged.
I ordered a shower, it was delivered on time and cannot find any faults with it. My only complaint would be with the company's IT department as I get constant emails from them telling me the shower is still in transit, every night at 10:30pm another email over 30 emails now and rising. Have emailed the company, but nothing has changed even though they said they would stop them.
I browsed many sites before I came up with Bigbathroomshop and there was a huge selection, something for everyone I would have thought! My quest was to replace an obsolete basin tap and match it as closely as possible to the bath tap .... and I found just the one in the Premier Chrome Faze style. I like it very much, it is much heavier than I expected, a nice solid construction which works nice and smoothly. Delivery was amazingly fast and the price very competitive indeed, especially in relation to the quality of the tap. I definitely would recommend this company and buy from them again.
I was amazed at how quickly some of the goods arrived - the bath arrived the morning after I placed the order. Because there were numerous items ordered, deliveries came from several sources and all were ok except for the taps. These were shown as despatched but when they had still not arrived after 5 days I used the customer services phone number and the problem was quickly resolved.
The products were all delivered as described and in good condition and I felt all represented good value.
