Informative but needs some help with business basics

The tour stops at all the right places so it's helpful to take it to get a general sense of where all the important spots are. However, there were a few basics that I would rate them very poorly on that they need help with:

1) Due to construction, the first stop of the tour was "closed" off. My husband and I stood them for almost 30 minutes and saw all other companies stop there. When we called, they said they couldn't stop there. They should have emailed all individuals who purchased tickets for that day as a notification. They never did and quite honestly, all competitors still stopped at that first one. Under these circumstances, the right thing to do would've been to have an actual employee of the tour stand at the first stop to make sure they could guide everyone in the right direction for the 2nd stop.

2) We finally made it to the 2nd stop to get on the bus and the attendant had no clue how to process our tickets. We purchased these via their direct site so I found this strange. Then when she finally did, I realized she had printed the wrong tickets because she had not given us one that included the bath houses as we purchased them. That took them another 15 minutes or so to figure out. Not pleasant as we couldn't enjoy the tour with this distraction until it was all figured out.

3) We went on the evening tour to see the city of Budapest at night and it departed over 30 minutes late. We sat on the bus for quite a long time (past departure time) and no movement.

4) Lack of signage. There was not a single sign ANYWHERE of where the bus would stop. It was very difficult to identify the assigned bus stops (the map was not sufficient help). On top of hat the employees told us the wrong spot for the evening one earlier in the day.

Overall this company needs to seriously work on their basics. I have to say that they do stop at all the right historical locations, but I would NOT recommend it to anyone because of their lack of structure with basics.
