We had a late afternoon free in London and thought this bus tour would be a great way to show our 5 year old the city. It was a bad experience and we would not do it again. There were not enough buses running the day we took our tour. We were crowded onto a packed bus. Luckily we had a seat because the aisle was completely full of people standing. At every stop a long queue of people were waiting to board our bus and tried to wedge onto an already full bus. These people appeared to have been waiting for ages for a bus only to find the one finally approaching was full. This ruined the viewing experience. You can imagine the negativity and stress of people in this environment. You could not hop on and off or go upstairs for fear you would never get on another bus or get another seat. We were wedged into the back of the bus. Our child could not see and was very upset she could not go up to the top of the bus. The most disturbing part of the experience was that people could not get safely off the bus. We had to physically push our way past the standing crowd to get off. It was not safe for a child. This was a very expensive mistake. You would have a better experience on a city bus and see just as much. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend Big Bus Tours.

Hi - I'm really sorry that you had such a poor experience with us. Our aim is to provide the best tour experience possible to showcase London and obviously on this occasion that didn't happen. I would be happy to discuss this with you to resolve the issues directly.
