I would have LIKED to take this tour but the online booking process was complicated and lead to a back and forth that left me feeling frustrated. I even asked them to keep my money and let me pay the extra for the 2nd day free (explain that - how they market it as free but its not the same price?!?) but they insisted on refunding me and having me re-book. But then the refund process got complicated as well. If I was a tour operator,(oh wait, I actually was) not only would I have done what I could to KEEP a customer (vs. risk losing them) but I would want to make sure they were happy as well. Especially since a couple of weeks later they sent me the opportunity to write this review? I wouldn't have done it otherwise ... but since you asked :/ The lady helping me via email was lovely ... but seemed to be missing my point and was unwilling to do what she could to keep my money and put me on the tour. It could have been THAT simple. I will be in London in 3 weeks - and I guess I will be going with the Original Tour instead.
