Want to see london !!
It was a great way to see London !! Have a 2 day bus ticket - -so really got around to see all I wanted .

Just like having a private taxi !
This was great value for money as I booked on line and chose a specific day which was £23 Great hop off and on and included a guided walk and a trip form Tower bridge to westminster on the thames A great day out. We were going to the theatre and bus stopped only yards from the front door. Couldnt ask for better service

Fantastic way to see London with the kids and learn something new
We thoroughly enjoyed the commentary from the tour guides. Each one had differrent things to tell us. We purchased the 48 hour ticket and despite doing the "Red Tour" a number of times it never got boring. Its really good value and the free River Cruise was a fantastic add-on. We stayed near Euston Station and it was brillant they ran a Green Tour Bus right aorund that area to connect to the main routes. We hopped on and off regularly to see the sights and it was very easy to catch another bus. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Good but very expensive
Red tour was good as the guide was very knowledgeable about London. However, it only lasted 2.5 hours - so worked out very expensive.
Blue tour was a very different experience. No commentary, except for 1 area. Everything else was just music playing, or silence. Certainly not worth the month.

Superb!!!
The Tour Bus is one of the best thing to do while on Tour in London... Big Bus gives us the Freedom!!! Hop On and \Off the Site and Explore London!!! Big Bus as you can see is around 5-15 minutes interval or even shorter...
People are so nice and friendly... They help you in every question you ask... Big Bus has offered the widert locations on the Tour...

We liked it.
Easy to get on & off at the various stops along the way. And the glass covered first few rows on top were nice since the weather was too cool/windy to sit in the open air.

Good on the way to London eye, good on the Cruise to Tower Brigde BAD on way back
did not get any comments of anything on the way back. Did not know where we were because we had only a driver......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!a bit disappointed. will choose an other company next time i go with friends.

Great way to catch the main sites in London
This tour takes in a wide range of the main sites in London. I took the blue bus which has the commentary in a number of languages as I was with some French friends. The music can get on your nerves a bit. Might be nice to add some English pop music as well as the traditional stuff. As a boat trip was included it made a nice change from the bus. The busses are frequent so hopping on and off is not problem. I would recommend this tour as the first day or two of your trip especially if you aren't in London very long. At each stop there is a representative of the company to help and give advice. Well worth the money.

Ako planirate put u London bez agencije, a pri tom idete prvi put ja vam zaista preporucujem Big Bus tour. Mi smo proveli 10 nezaboravnih dana u maju u Londonu, a na samom pocetku mi je neopisivo pomogao Big Bus 24 sata tour. Ja sam uzela karte za mene i cerku online ranije. Kada smo stigle na moje veliko odusevljenje videla sam da ispred hotela imam stanicu plave rute Big Busa. Tako smo mi naredna dva dana dok nismo malo upoznale grad, stekle orjentaciju i videle gde se sta nalazi bukvalno provele u Big Busu. Imate 3 vrste ruta, crvenu koja je najkorisnija u pocetku, plavu i zelenu za siri obilazak a zatim i gratis obilazak brodom. Iskoristite sve, jer zaista vredi. Ono sto je najbolje je da mozete izaci i ponovo uci u Bus gde god i kada god to vama odgovara u toku ta dva dana.

Interessant quand on voyage avec des jeunes enfants
Personnel disponible et prévenant avec les enfants. Pas de mauvaises surprises! Les bus sont fréquents entre 10H et 17H et la croisière sur la Tamise est très agréable. Le système est moins flexible que le métro...

Excellent tour de Londres
Nous avons fait ce tour le premier jour pour avoir un aperçu de la ville en général. Nos enfants (15 et 11 ans) ont adoré (et nous aussi). Point négatif : nous ne savions pas dans quelle ligne nous étions et, alors que nous voulions faire le tour rouge, nous étions dans le bleu donc, au bout d'un moment on nous a demandé de descendre et de prendre un autre bus de Big Bus Tour.
A chaque bus qui arrivait nous demandions au chauffeur si c'était un rouge ou un bleu (attente maximum de 10 mn et encore !!!!)

Disorganized and rude staff member.
I bought two 48 hr. tickets online for Big Bus. I'm from USA. Upon my first day of use, I tried to get my 48 hr. ticket vouchers validated, but no one would do it. The bus drivers all said "someone will do it at the next stop", but when I got the the next stops, they would tell me "someone at the next stop will validate". Finally, at the Tower Bridge stop, I asked a young man from Big Bus to validate my vouchers. He raised his voice at me and said if I wanted to validate my voucher, I would have to get off the bus and phone the main office to do so. Since my wife was already seated on the upper level, and since I didn't want to get off and be separated from my wife, I got back on the bus and never had my vouchers validated. Big Bus should teach their young employees to respect their elders (I'm 64 yrs. old) AND they shouldn't shout at their paying customers. Because of this experience, I'll recommend the Original Tour to others.

A great way to explore a city like London!
We bought the tickets vouchers on-line and got the actuals tickets without any problems when boarding the first bus. There were so many busses around that we never had to wait for very long. Each bus rode the tour as mentioned on the maps (these were available almost everywhere). We really got our moneys worth from the tours and will always recommend Bigbustours.
Only one negative: there are two loops on the blue bus tour that did not make any sense to us and took a really long time.

Very useful way to knowing London
We went for 2 days to London with 2 kids, one 4 and one 9, the bus was very useful because we could see the most important places of London. We had to use a taxi twice because we couldn´t wait for the bus, you have to consider that!...It would be good if we knew the hour of the next bus in each stop.
In general it was very useful.

le commentaire n'était pas toujours en parallèle avec la situation du bus, problème de traduction par exemple à droite au lieu de à gauche, dommage qu'on de passe pas devant les monuments..... et ligne bleu trop longue 3 heures de bus et on n'a pas fini le tour.....

Clean bus with great tour guides
I also went on les car rouges in Paris and the 110 open bus in Rome. Big Bus was by far the best, all the phone jacks worked, the staff were friendly and the buses came by frequently.

We had a good day with friedly service.
In three years I've crossed center London many times with a car or lorry and sow almost everything in London. And on the weekend we decided to take a Big Bus trip across center London to get more info about the town, history and famous buildings. But unfortunately the audio gide from headphones gave to us listen a lot of classical music and a poor information about the City. In the middle of the journey we've switched of headphones at all and enjoyed the ordinary day in London.

Un bon moyen pour découvrir Londres
Trés bon réseau bien organisé, de nombreux bus en circulation font que l'on attend jamais bien longtemps. Nous avons aimé la possibilité de descendre et remonter dans le bus à notre guise et les commentaires. Un seul petit regret l'horaire de fin de service 18h00 c'est un peu tôt pour voir London By night !

Bets way to see and learn about London
Having a live speaking tour guide allowed for our children to stay engaged and interested for the entire tour, with no stops on our first day. It was cold, so this was a great and comfortable way to spend a day.

Very handy and value for money

Very informative tour
Found the tour very informative. Only used the recorded commentary but found that adequate. Also took one of the complimentary walking tours which we also found entertaining. Complimentary water tour was a little disappointing. Would have been a lot better if they had a recorded commentary as the talk offered by the watermen was ok for a English uk person but the humour would have have been a little lost on non English speakers

Personnel très sérieux, bus propre et en bon état. Bonne organisation.
Le circuit bleu et un peu long car on passe plusieurs fois du côté de marble arch.
Mais à conseiller sans hésiter.

- Décalage entre le commentaire et la réalité du parcours
- Certains arrêts non respectés/effectués
- Plusieurs moments du trajet sans intérêt
- Toute une partie du trajet sur le plan n'a pas été respectée : nous ne sommes pas passés à Tower Bridge par exemple

All the staff had a great sense of humour and made us laugh!
A lovely day out with friends. Informative and humorous commentary really made the morning stage of the day. The river boat trip was excellent. Wonderful way to see our capital city. This is the second - and not the last - time i have used this service.

You can take the bus every 5-10 minutes and you can go on and off every time you want...if you are going to stay just a few days is a good option to take this bus :)

The only way to see London
I have done the tour many times with various relatives of mine. and as always it was excellent.
My only criticism would be that on the red tour its not easy to hear the live commentary...especially if you are sat at the back of the bus.
This is I would say was the only blight on what was and is a great tour!

Great organizaton. Good comments, and kind employees
We were actually 8 of us visiting London for the very first time. We use this bigbustour for one day, and we really enjoy the bus route in the city, and the cruize as well.
In short : perfect, we recommend this company !
