Wow!
I didn't wait for or expect a "how did we do" e-mail, because I was so pleased
with the product and the service that I sent the company a congratulatory
message to let them know of my satisfaction......and encourage them to
keep up the excellent standard. My big dog needs are few, but if, I require
something else in the future, Big Dog World will be my first port of call.

Will use again. Gentleman I spoke to very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery arrived next day and courier even text an hour time slot, so didn't have to wait in allday. They were cheaper than other internet suppliers and free delivery. Excellent service.

I have ordered products from this firm twice now, and on each occasion they have delivered them promptly the next day, by probably the most reliable delivery firm in the UK - DPD, who not only keep you informed every step of the way, but also give you a one hour delivery time-slot that they adhere to. Good value too, and if your order is over £45 then the delivery is free!

A Know Quantity
I have purchased this item before from Big Dog World. It makes an ideal toy for my dog to chase. One ball I lost in the woods - my fault, not the dog. The other has received extensive use and over a period of time is just starting to break up from consistent throwing and chewing.
Good toy, allows a good throw. No good for tug though as the knot will come through. Recommend the product as a throw toy.

ok - but not brilliant !
I decided to purchase Orijen from Big Dog World because of a review I read on your website.
I do usually purchase from Amazon, which is actually cheaper than Big Dog World.
But, sometimes I do have to wait an extra couple of days for it to arrive.
After reading in the review on your website that the food was actually in stock, delivered next day and cheaper - I decided to give you a try.
It turned out that the Orijen was actually more expensive than Amazon but as I needed the food quickly I wasnt that bothered about paying a few extra pounds.
Next problem was - it was OUT OF STOCK and I had to wait an extra 2 days for delivery !
All in all - not a brilliant idea changing from Amazon !!

Quick, responsive and just what I was looking for
I wanted a large dog bed for our American Bulldog as he likes to stretch out and BigDog World came up as the only genuine place to get a dog bed of that size. Excellent quality and arrived very quickly. Would definately recommend them.

Used BDW for the first time a few weeks ago after finding their details online. Excellent value for high quality dog food, and when part of my order was damaged in transit, they were helpful, efficient and reasonable in sorting it out immediately - the real test of a business. Brilliant service ~ great prices! Faultless.
Even when I ordered my last bag of Acana over a Bank Holiday I still got super quick service and delivery ~ great prices, hassle free delivery! Love that I get a time slot which is (for example) between 12:10 and 13:10 so I don't waste a day waiting around I know exactly what hour to expect delivery and its ALWAYS been in that time! Easy to change your day or time or request with the email~ text service. So I don't understand the negative comment placed on here about delivery as you are texted AND emailed every step of the way by Big Dog and the courier company!!!
Great price for the food I buy ~ all in all 10/10 from me! Thank~ you.
