A quick, smooth transaction and very polite, professional with phone conversation.
I was delighted with the order.
I ordered a Bandanna and Leash for my Boxer, he was very excited with his new items.
Due to the weather, the order was held up, and when I contacted Big Dog World, the gentleman was very helpful and polite in dealing with my query.
I will be using Big Dog World in the future. My collie x, will also be requiring some new items.

Can't fault the service .
Big dog world are excellent value. I really can't find any reason not to continue ordering from them . It's brought to the door , exactly when they say it will be . You are notified when it will be within an hour.. I had to send one thing back which was my fault for ordering the wrong size but that was all dealt with quickly without complaint too. Wish id found big dog world months ago..

Extremely efficient service.
The Big Dog World web site is easy to use and once you have urchased your item it is delivered very quickly, so if you find that you have nearly run out of dog food you don't need to worry or drive miles to your nearest supplier.

Excellent service. Good price & delivered on time with no problems.
Whilst my order was placed after 13.00 they dispatched the product the same day & offered me a delivery date 2 days later but also a method to change to a better day which I completed. They text me with a 1 hour slot for delivery & It was delivered 2 minutes into that slot. Great

I have bought a Royal Canine giant dog food for puppies which is the best of foods available for big dogs. Parcel received two days after ordered, it is very quick as per 25kg box. I will definitely buy again especially because of the lowest price in the market and because part of the money I have paid goes to charity.

Bought the Arden Grange Large Breed dog food. This was the best price online that I could find. Ordered Saturday afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday. Great service - thank you :)
Good company to deal with.
I have keped German Sepherds for 35 years, i have fed the whole range of dog foods, you name it i have fed it, but this Orijen Regional Red dog food is the real deal, yes it is the most expencive on the market but my dog eats the bowl afterwards she loves it, most people think that she is a dog because of her size. If you have the cash and want the best you will not go wrong with this.

Brilliant Service
We ordered the dog beds about 3pm on Thursday afternoon the 7th March and they were delivered by 11am the next morning - outstanding service.
We ordered the thicker padded style of beds which are of excellent quality and loved by our dogs.

Big bed for a Big Dog!
We, and particularly Red, were delighted when the Big Dog bed arrived. It is huge! Just what Red likes - to be able to stretch out and still be in the bed itself. The quality is superb and looks really smart in the lounge.

Next day delivery and they even confirm the time
Been using big dog world for a few months now. Their delivery is the best with next working day and the courier texts you to tell you the hour time slot. Prices on the food we order (royal cannin) for our Newfie are brilliant too it does mean we have to get him a treat each order to make the free delivery (£45 I think) but he doesn't seen to mind. Would highly recommend.

First time I've used this supplier for food. Our golden retriever is on Orijen because of a gluten intolerance. Best price was the reason I changed supplier. Ordered one day and it was delivered the next and with a timed delivery which was really helpful. I think this service will be hard to better anywhere.

fast order slow delivery
I didn't recieved my items until wednesday!!? having orderd the items on the previous Friday. Signing up to the website was very easy and painless. navigation of the productst and services very simple, my check out with paypal fast. The site has everything i need for my "Big Dog" and will try the service once more but if the delivery is gonna be "iffy" i'll probebly use someone else. I would like to continue though.

We received your order at 12.44 pm on Friday and it was despatched the same day, so it should have been delivered on Monday. Unfortunately it was misrouted by DPD - this happens very occasionally and they should have notified you about this by email. It reached your local depot the next day and was delivered at 11.47am on Tuesday.
I hope you will choose to try our service again. DPD are normally very reliable as I hope you can see by our other customer reviews. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if I can be of any further help.

OUTSTANDING products and help from Neil
I needed a big dog ramp quickly for my Newf, who was going in for TPLO surgery, and for my aging Lab. Neil was very helpful with my questions. He also was completely great about handling my location (outside the UK) billing address (UK) and delivery address (different UK location)--and seamlessly got it all juggled and out to the delivery company on the same day. The order (for ramp plus two different kinds of kibble) involved questions, explanations, a delivery-instructions mixup on my end, and nothing but unflappable good humour on Neil's end. This was my first exposure to Big Dog World. But I quickly became a loyal customer, and will definitely be taking my pet money to Big Dog World again. Super job and exceptional service!
