Excellent service!
I ordered from another company who didn't send the full order and after fighting for a refund and getting it, I decided to order from Bigdug..... I wish I'd used them in the first place!
All order progressing was sent, order tracking was sent and the full order received.
Will be using again for anything in future!

Bigdug Delivers!
Spotted the advert for BigDug shelving.....special offer for a combo of 2 x shelving units & 1 x bench. seemed a good offer for self-assembly shelving....just when I needed it & at a good price! Items delivered on time & appeared well packed but when I got around to assembly quickly found severe damage to 1 x chipboard shelf. I contacted Bigdug & found they were outstanding on the customer service. Replacement shelf was promised for delivery on the following monday (this was Fri. mid-day) Arrived as promised & I am now a Happy Bunny who will be using Bigdug again!

I purchased nine units of shelving from Bigdug and without exception every aspect from ordering to assembling went smoothly. I fully recommend Bigdug.

Marvellous service and great product
Easy ordering, quick delivery, nothing missing, very happy. Having two people to put the shelving together was helpful but would still be possible even with just one. Glad we went for the heavier duty shelving which is perfect for our needs. Thanks.

Good stuff, but with some reservations.
This was my first buy from Bigdug. Attracted by a newspaper ad for the small business starter kit, I went online to order. The buying process was simple, and delivery was within the promised 48 hours. For 5 parcels, the delivery charge of £48 seemed a lot. Anticipating that the 5 finished units would be more sturdy if clipped together, I also ordered 4 joining kits. I was surprised to find on the invoice that 2 such kits were included with the offer, and thus I ended up with 6, so surplus parts at unnecessary cost. I was also surprised to see how thin the metal for the shelving framework was. If I had seen it before buying, I would have gone for more sturdy units. I trust the weight limits for the built shelves, but care is needed during assembly to avoid accidental damage to the thin steel. Assembly was not too difficult, and became easier with practice. The thin metal did make assembly easier for the shelves than for the stronger bench.
Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. A catalogue came with the kit, and contained much information that would have influenced my buying had I read it first. I will use Bigdug again, but will go for sturdier shelves next time.

Unlike many other on-line retailers we do not include any delivery charges within the cost of the products allowing us to keep the costs as low as possible. We review our couriers and charges on a regular basis so I will pass on your review.

Does what it says on the box
Ordered online, easy to follow website, paid, and they delivered, perfect.
Unfortunately they didn't put them together for me, but they never said they would!

Saw the brochure - found want we needed placed our order, it arrived the next day
The brochure was explicit with multiple options - the sale office were great and advice was sound.
We also bought the rubber mallet - which is essential for a simple job.

A Shelf fulfilling prophecy, I'm certainly not racked off!
Good product, delivered as promised, good feed back after order with progress information. Product went together as per simple instructions. Altogether worth it.
I have now found the floor of my garage again, with everything looking tidy. The finish is quite pleasing and tidy.

Quality very low

The product arrived well packaged and on time.
The order was acknowledged promptly by email and a delivery date named. The product, a shelving unit, arrived inside the expected delivery time and was well packaged. All constituent parts were present and the instructions were clear, enabling straightforward assembly. The finished product is strong, looks ok and is already making a previously untidy corner of the garage look a lot tidier and well organised.

Solid product, easy to set up and arrived on time.
The plastic shelving is exactly what I needed for the shed, and was very easy to put together.
I also bought a tool tidy but that wasn't much good as my shed roof is too low to get the brush or rake into the holder.
Overall though, four days from thinking about tidying up to completing the job including delivery!

Very prompt with ease of process.
I found the electronic catalogue a bit difficult to get through. I had a restriction of 150 cm so finding the right product took some time. I could have used a lighter shelving unit. Once o found somebting that fit the purpose getting through the payment system was quite easy. Delivery was prompt and efficient and assembly quite simple. Bigdug is a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant company, good communication, good quality product, & speedy delivery.
The shelving units i purchased were easy to find on the website. I found mine by size preference, then by price and colour choice. Easy ordering process, had them ordered in minutes. The option of next day delivery was a plus. The company sent messages to tell me when they were to be delivered, and they were! They arrived well packed, in 3 boxes via a pleasant cheerful courier, right on time! they were just as advertised, easily assembled and look great. The only down side is the shelving is pricey if you choose anything other than standard height or weight capacity. I think the delivery cost is quite high too, as im only a few miles from where they were sent, its steep. All in, im pleased with the product, just wish it were cheaper. I would buy a lot more but the cost is too high, which is a shame. Overall..... Good company.

Bigdug very good but you need to have patience
Do not think you can put this together quickly. It could easily wreck your marriage if you get ratty or are impatient. I suggest do a little at a time and the reward is good.
It is very well made and good value.
I reckon an hour is par for the course for the first unit, thereafter it should get better.

Couldnt be more pleased
I bought two seperate lots of triple racking to update my garage from battered old cupboards. I did buy a rubber mallet and glad I did. It just made the assembly process that much easier. No screws, which I thought would be interesting. It works, and they do feel sturdy. Very pleased.

Helpful friendly service
Great product but felt instructions left out a step.
We found we had to lift up the metal tabs before we could slot them in, until we realized this we struggled. Obviously not DIYers!!!!!

Delivery was very fast and the product was awesome. I am actually very very happy to have a much tidier warehouse thanks to this shelving which was very good value indeed. My only issue was the cost of delivery, it was a bit steep. I will still give five stars for the fact that I know how hard it is to get good courier rates these days due to excessive fuel surcharges etc etc. I will be back for more shelves soon...

Transaction processed swiftly and very efficiently by the company - no problems there at all.
However UKMail sent too many emails regarding delivery or non-delivery, of which the final one was to say there would be a delay in delivery and I had to call them - the products arrived 4 hours later, perfectly on time.

Great sturdy products delivered fast at a good price

Postage was a bit steep
Galvanised shelving was pretty heavy, but couldn't you find a cheaper carrier?

Easy to order from the website. Excellent quality , highly recommend.
I looked up the trolley I wanted to order on the website. Everything is easy to find on the site, they also recommend any thing else you might require.

Megaswift service!
Really quick delivery of a good product. Minor problem was that the packaging wasn't as stout as the product required, and one small part had clearly fallen out in transit.
