I'm sorry that you were not happy with the products received. I have looked at your order on our system and it appears that you have not yet requested a full refund. If you are unhappy with the items then we will be able to arrange a collection for you and either exchange for a different product or credit you with a refund.

I am happy to see you were satisfied with the products you received but I'm sorry you felt our delivery charges were a little high. We do not include any delivery charges in the prices of our products like other companies do and we do review our delivery charges on a regular basis to ensure our customers are always receiving the best possible price. However, I will pass on your views.

I'm sorry that you have had to wait for your delivery, I have just checked our system and it appears some items you have ordered are out of stock at the moment. I can see that my colleague has been in contact with you about this delivery and hope this will clear up any questions.

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the support on offer, our head office is open Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 and we would have been happy to help with any queries you may have had.

I understand finding instructions on the internet is a lot easier sometimes though and so I will pass on your views about lack of instructions on our website onto our product team who can perhaps create a set of instructions for this item as they have done for others.

I'm sorry to hear you were missing a couple of items from your order, unfortunately smaller items can get lost during transit and I understand this can be frustrating. I'm sorry to hear about the lack of instructions within your delivery but I see my colleague has emailed you a copy of these as well. I hope this helps!

I have just checked the delivery of your mallet and it was shipped yesterday and therefore should be with you by today or tomorrow.

I'm sorry to hear you had an item missing from your order, if you had contacted our customer service team we would have been happy to replace the mallet and send it out to you as soon as possible. I have just checked your order and the extra mallet had been removed and so you were only charged for one mallet.

If you would like to contact customer services on 01684 858484 or at sales@bigdug.co.uk we will be happy to refund the cost of the mallet as you no longer need a replacement.

I can only apologise at this stage for the delay in your delivery, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or a vehicle breakdown some deliveries can be delayed. The time given in the email is normally an estimated time that the driver thinks he will reach you by and again due to unforeseen circumstances these times cannot be exact.

I hope this experience has not discouraged you from ordering from BiGDUG again.

I am very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience when ordering from us. I have checked your order and called UK Mail to find out an estimated delivery time for your parcel. I can see that your parcel was actually out for delivery but driver could not find your address. As it was then the weekend and bank holiday your parcel was not again out for delivery until today. The driver has been made aware of your mobile number and has been told to contact you if he has any further problems with delivery.

I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your order and I will pass on your views about including instructions with deliveries onto our dispatch team. If needed we are always able to email a copy of the instructions over that can be printed out as well.

As these are designed to be tight on some shelving bays they can be produced a little too tight and therefore slight levering to open each piece would be needed. I will pass on to our suppliers about your bad experience with the components not fitting and hopefully they will be able to fix the problem for the future.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience buying one of our products. The packing list includes detailed information showing which items go with which products but I understand it can sometimes get complicated. I see you felt the instructions were limited and I will pass this onto our product team who can perhaps create a video showing how to build the shelving as we have done on some other items.
