Great value for the money; fast delivery
I've ordered from Big Tall Direct several times. Never had an issue. Service is quick and efficient and delivery is fast. The web site is wonderful in that it indicates whether or not the item of interest is on hand or not; so the dreaded "backordered item" is avoided.

Just received but appear to be as advertisded
I just received the order yesterday but the items (2 tee and 2 polo shirts) appear to be as advertised. I haven't worn them but compared to normal 2XL they are about 5 inches longer. I looked over the stitching and material and they appear very well made.

I paid a lot of money and got something I did not oreder or want and cannot use
I I ordered a 1 (330-006442) #006442. BLACK I am certain that originally ordered a size 50 - somehow or other their computer system screwed up and changed the order to size 36 - I suppose I should have caught that and changed in the beginning - but the fact remains - I did order a size 50 and their computer screwed up and changed the order and on top of that I'm living in a remote location but still inside U.S. Territory - I waited weeks to receive an item that they charge me a full $50.00 shipping and handling charge. - (why so much for a simple belt to be sent inside U. S. Territory) - Now it finally came - it is not what ordered - it is not what I wanted and I cannot use it.

We received your replacement order.
In regards to the shipping, your are our first order from that area, and the shopping cart treated your order as a non-US Territory, so it overcharged you.
I replaced that order with a new one with the same S&H as we charge for Alaska or Hawaii.
On the 36 belt, please just keep it and we will ship your new order free of charge.

Wonderful service and fast shipping, but selection is a bit small.
I needed some casual non-athletic T-shirts in 5XLT. There were only three colors available, so I got a plum-colored pocket shirt. The shirt arrived very quickly and, as advertised, it was pre-shrunk, so (unlike previous tall-sized shirts I've purchased) the tallness didn't shrink out upon washing. If there had been more colors available I'd have considered buying more shirts, but I do know it's hard to get supply in that particular size so I can't complain too much. I'd recommend them for most people, but for the super-extra-large of us there is that one caveat.

Price was right, delivery took longer
I ordered 2 pairs of black Creekwood elastic waist pants. I have bought maybe 2 dozen pairs over the years. BTD did not have them in inventory and had to order them from their supplier. It took 2.5 weeks to get the pants in, hemmed to length and shipped to me.
The pants are as expected. BTD had let me know in advance it would take some time to process the order.
It would be nice to have been order from BTD via Amazon. For some reason, BTD's webserver/catalog did not play well with Amazon. It was a lot more hassle than it needed to be to order pants not in inventory via Amazon from BTD.

Shipping SNAFU, FED EX could not find me...Delayed 5 days....
Shipping by FED EX was a Poor Choice. 50% of packages sent through FED EX get returned to the Shipping Center and 5 days later someone with access to a GPS adds directions to the package in a separate sticker. I saw the Truck Driving past my Driveway 3 times then gone... Package Arrived 5 days later.... Honestly... IF I was a FED EX Driver... I would buy my OWN GPS.... I have seen FED EX Trucks along the road with a map over the steering wheel trying to find somone..... Take a Lesson from UPS and Get with the Program...
As for the ORDER... GOOD JOB !!!!

Big & Tall dresses you to lok and feel Tall and Thin
I am pleased to comment positively on Big and Tall..
They always deliver as per order.
Since, due to medical reasons, I lost 40 pounds- my taylor is a very happy man-I still need B&G..
Their offerings to "big guys" are stylish and make me at 280 Lbs feel like all the thin types who wear size 5.

Prices and selection are great.
No problem finding what I wanted. The products are always worth the cost so value is not a concern. But shipping disappointed me. Placed my order during a vacation so I knew I had to wait for initial shipment. But I am still waiting on FedEx a week later- my order is still in Texas-and FedEx is telling me it will be Friday. I paid $11 for shipping for the entire process to take 13 days - and 10 days from ship to delivery. I think that is too long considering the cost.

When you say big you mean really big
The summer robe that I just ordered and received was listed as 3x/4x. I usually order most clothes in the 3x size and even then find them way too long and I am 5'11". This robe is comfortable, but I can almost wrap it around me twice and it is marked 3x/4x. I would like to exchange it for a 2x but couldn't find any in that size for summer use.

The one problem I have on your website is the products pictures
the pictures are of shirt not open, folded in there nylon and you can not see what you want to buy some of the shirts that I get I didnt know that the print that I sow on the website is not the front of the shirt
all the rest are very good : correct size,fast shiping, tracking no.

Bad costumer service after the sale
After I received my order I found that 2 pair of socks were damaged I called 3 times and left messages with no return call yet.
The receipt tells me to reorder and send the items back via U P S but requires me to pay the shipping costs 2 more times for damaged socks ,and that is not such a great deal and is not acceptable to me.

Easily navigated website, great selection, fast shipping
I have ordered from Big Tall Direct several times, as well as other online stores. Big Tall Direct beats them all in selection. Even though other sites are fancier, their site is clear and more easily navigated.
Every order has been delivered sooner than stated on the site. They have been well-packed with never a damaged item.
I would recommend Big Tall Direct to anyone - and have many times. They are my go-to online store for clothing and accessories.

Right price, right product, right company!
Man, sometimes you come across one of those deals. I saw these t-shirts in the clearance center, $5 bucks each. I figured I would try a couple, it's only ten bucks right?!? At that time I also purchased a couple other shirts, not from the clearance center, and while those serve the purpose, I was really impressed with the clearance merchandise. So impressed that about a week later I went back to the clearance center and much to my pleasure those great t-shirts were still there... at $5 bucks apiece. So I bought four more!
I receive the notices and frequently shop Big & Tall Direct and it seems that when I find the deals that are unbelievable, is when I get the best value.
I mean, a t-shirt for $5 bucks?!? Must be little more than a rag right?
Not so, heavy 100% cotton, good fit, sturdy collar... Wow! What a deal!
