Bell & Son Watches- 5 stars!
This is my first purchase from Ball and Son Watches and I would highly recommend. My watch was cheaper than anywhere else, it was free P & P. Also it was delivered very very quickly. I'm very impressed and would definitely purchase again!.

Promises Kept! Thank you!
I was let down by another watch company with an Armani watch I was looking at. I called bellandson watches to enquire how quickly they could get me the model I was after. I spoke to a man named Ian who informed me that he would call Armani and come back to me ASAP as they didn’t have it in stock. He called me straight back to say that he had ordered it in and that it would be 3 days. He said that I wasn’t obliged to order the watch but had ordered it in just in case as he knew my time sensitive situation. I decided to order it over the phone then, with a little apprehension due to being let down in the past.
The watch arrived 48 hours later 24 hours before the expected delivery. I thought the tracking email I was sent was in preparation not the actual tracking as it was so soon after the order was placed.
In short, I was well informed and they kept every promise they made and the watch is fantastic. 5 Stars!!

Great service
I ordered a watch for my Husband for our Aniversary from Bell and Sons jewellers . I was so happy with the service I spoke to them first on the phone and they were very helpful and knowledgable about their products . I then ordered the watch on line it was delivered the next day I even knew what time to expect it.
Fantastic service could not ask for more !

great service!!
Been looking about for gift ideas, saw a watch my friend had been wanting but wouldn't buy herself so got it as a gift. Was cheaper on this website so hummed and hawed a bit but after reading reviews I just went for it. Was ordered on bank holiday Monday and arrived on the wednesday- exactly as promised by delivery guarantee and absolutely gorgeous, packaged perfectly and with a free gift bag. Will definitely be back again for more gifts, as well as treats for myself!

Best Price + Excellent Service.
The watch was in the sale and was the lowest price I could find on the net, over 30% cheaper than either Amazon or Ebay.
Delivered quickly FOC, in perfect condition with paperwork.

At last, a company that takes its Customer Service seriously. Impeccable.
From the very start of my purchase through to completion, Bell And Son were a pleasure to deal with. My wife wanted to buy me a new watch for our Wedding Anniversary so I found a Seiko watch I really liked. I had some initial questions about it and phoned to ask for more information. The person I spoke to was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, giving me accurate and unbiased advice. I was assured that, if I ordered the watch, even though it was out of stock at the time, it would be placed at the top of the queue and sent out to me as soon as it arrived. True to their word, I placed the order on a Thursday and the watch was delivered in perfect condition the following Monday. I often don't get such prompt service from companies that actually have their items in stock! Their use of the Royal Mail tracking system is also really handy, as it allows the customer to see the current location and delivery status of the order. I am delighted with my watch and, of course, getting it at £55 less than the high street, from an authorised stockist, is the icing on the cake. My whole shopping experience with Bell And Son has been superb and I will definitely recommend them wholeheartedly to my friends and family.

Internet based business with a personal approach to customer service.
I purchased a Seiko watch from Bell and Son. The shopping experience was great, payment and delivery was extremely efficient and I received the watch the day after purchase.
I emailed the company to enquire about an additional strap for my new watch and Mr Bell responded with the available options within 24 hours.
Would not hesitate to make this Bell and Son my first point of call next time I needed a watch.

Amazing but Royal Mail bad
Had very good service with BIJ watches. It was exactly what I wanted and came very fast which is what was promised. I was not impressed to come back home and find the package on my doorstep for everyone to see as it could have easily been stolen or got caught in the rain and had a note to say it had been signed for which it wasn't. Again BIJ watches was brilliant, it was just Royal Mail.

I would recommend them to friends and family. I would definately use them again. Spoke to a member of staff about the strap (was it usual strap or clasp), he went to check and rang back with the information. Very friendly and helpful.

Great watch, great service, would highly recommend
Was looking for a specific watch for my boyfriends birthday, had ordered from another company and they had let me down (said they had it, took my money, didn't have it in stock). I found the watch on bell and son watches and placed the order hoping to get it on time. Ordered the watch just before 4pm, received the next morning at 10am! Very, very good service. Great watch, my boyfriend loves it, I'm very happy and would use them again and recommend to others.

Simply fantastic
I found that the watch I ordered was cheapest on their website. Delivery was the next day. Only concern is that there was no seal on the box. I presume it's because they had to write the warranty the day it was sold.

Best and quickest service I have used over 9 yearspurchasing over the internet.
Ordered my watch at 3.40pm on Tuesday,delivered following day at 11.45am.
The Seiko watch I purchased was cheaper than any other UK retailer or web site, the company also provides a price match service. I have communicated with the owner Ian Bell via e-mail and found him to be courteous,very helpful and true to his word.
A superb service and I have already recommended this company to family and friends.

Cheaper than high street online stores. Service so good that I got email responses at 8pm on a Friday evening. The watch I ordered was out of stock and still arrived here within 6 days!

TOP CLASS COMPANY.
Ordered my Seiko watch online Sunday afternoon; I emailed to confirm watch bracelet adjustment size required; on Monday morning Ireceived emails from Bell & Son confirming that bracelet adjustment had been done and that watch had been despatched; received watch Tuesday morning via Royal Mail tracked service. What can you say Excellent prices; Excellent service. If you want a good priced watch with top class service use these people you can't go wrong, (no I haven't got shares in the company, but maybe I should !!!!).

Quality Goods at very copetitiveprices
I was looking for a gift for my wife's birthday, you know something a bit special but I had a limited budget.
I thought about a nice watch, a bit of bling but with the touch of quality, so I checked on the internet and came across Bell & Son.
I checked their stock and found exactly what I was looking for, a Sekonda Seksy Elegance and as an added bonus it was £15 cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
It fitted my budget so I went ahead and ordered, it arrived within days, very prompt and free delivery and best of all her indoors loved it, she said it was just perfect.
I would have no hesitation in recomending Bell & Son to anyone or returning to them for further purchases.

Exceptional service
I was slightly wary about buying a watch over the Internet as it's difficult to get a true picture of the size, quality and look of the item. Also I knew that the metal link bracelet would need adjusting to fit my wrist. I was wrong to worry about Bell and Son. I received a prompt response to my order, which reassured me that the watch was on its way and had been adjusted to fit the wrist measurement I provided. The very next day the watch arrived! I was amazed at the speed of the service. It was exactly as desicribed on the website and the fit was correct. Well done Bell and Son!

Didn't let me down - good choice to buy from
Needed an Ice Watch for my daughter's Christmas present, just been let down by Amazon promising 10 day delivery then cancelling order with no warning!
Was a slight delay but contacted shop and they confirmed stock arriving promising delivery before Christmas & sure enough turned up when promised.

If Carling made a watch outlet, they still couldn't match Bell and Son !
The Watchshop let me down for 8 days and didn't have the curtesy to call me to say the watch i wanted was not in stock. I found the same watch on Bell and Son for less cost. A guy called Ian called me in Spain to take my order and the watch was delivered to a UK address 2 or 3 days later ! Superb staff and service.
My rating is 10/10.... Thankyou very much.

I ordered a watch online and received it within a week. however I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. so i emailed BIJ Watches and they replied to me asap and really helped me to 1. choose the right size watch, 2. send me the link to the returns form, 3. helped me fill in the sections. i am really thank you and now about to send my watch off for its return. thank you BIJ Watches :)
