Please listen to these words...AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Ordered shorts 23rd April, listed as "in stock". After 2 weeks I emailed customer services. Even though they say they reply within 24 hours they never did. Again, emailed 4 days later, no reply. I rang their customer services several times during the same period but they didn't answer on any occasions that I tried. I am aware that they are based in Spain so I called at a time when they should be open.
Again, I checked the status of my order online but it said merely "payment accepted and order processed on 23rd April". The shorts on the website remained as being "in stock within 4 days" during all of this time. Eventually status changes to "in stock", after nearly 3 weeks.
Shorts arrived nearly 4 weeks later. I paid more than £8 for postage but they were still listed as sent "DPD ground".
Generally I never leave feedback unless it's really good or really bad.... This company do not value their customers so please do not give them your custom!! Please avoid and pay a little extra to get a decent service. I wish I had!!
