Irresponsible and layers ---000 customer service... Staff is incompetent !!!!

I have ordered products from their web site to Cyprus. They declare that the delivery is by ups and free for shipment above 29euro. My purchase was for 70 euros. Weeks have passed and I did not receive the parcel and I called the client service. The girl then told me that she will check and come back days passed no info from her and then I called again and found out that ther was no ups service to Cyprus and that the package was sent by normal post. She then wrote me an email that I should receive within a week time since the that day. Today 1 month and a week passed I have still nor received the parcel.... How they just can ship and have no track of the package ???? And worst of all this week I am calling them everyday and they just don't answer my calls!!!!!
