Great Product, Next Day Delievery!

I asked a question, they came straight back with a knowledgeable answer.
I ordered the spikes late into the afternoon and they were delivered the next day.
Easy to use with instructions and silicone that actually stuck them straight down!
Will use again :)

excellent, very effective easy to install and will hopefully last years!

Very helpful staff who answered my questions. Installed on roof to fend off pigeons, as it seems to be their favourite resting spot! Our clear glass roof conservatory is beneath this....
So far it is doing an excellent job of keeping them away, thank you bird defender.
Would recommend to anyone.

Pigeon guard up and fixed within 48 hours, much to the disgust of the pigeons who didn't have a chance for a last look around.

Sent and even the pigeons couldn't have brought the guards any quicker.

The £6.95 Postage & Packing charge is the same if you order 1 strip or 10000 strips. 90% of orders are for larger quantities and customers are happy with the value of the carriage charge, however I can understand a small number of customer may think this excessive if they only purchase a small quantity of bird spikes. Our policy is to dispatch same day for next working day delivery, but we will look at offering a 2-3 day service at a lower cost to help customers.

Great service, great product!

Used the plastic spikes on the top of the net for the trampoline to stop the pigeons pooing on the trampoline. Easy to put up and 100% effective.

Brilliant; easy; applied in minutes

Great Service

I called BirdSpikesOnline to get their opinion on whether the gutter spikes would work for me. They were extremely helpful and agreed to send me out a sample to look at. This arrived very quickly with lots of additional information. I subsequently went on to buy lots of the seagull spikes. Again these arrived very quickly, well packaged and exactly as described. Can't fault them!

We've been using Jones & Son for a couple of years now and have absolutely no complaints. Theyre website is very easy to use, even working out how many tubs of glue you need - marvellous! Online payments are very efficient too - so many websites send you round the houses, clicking here, there and everywhere, and to enter a simple delivery address other than your billing address gets really complicated. Not with Jones & Son - very efficient. Delivery is painless too. We would highly recommend them in all respects.
