We never know how good you are until something goes wrong. Well, I got hit by Malware and in the correspondence that followed you managed to give the impression that you hadn't read the detail of my message, resulting in irrelevant suggestions. Further correspondence ensued and every time there was a delay on your part (not inordinate) for which you had a stock apology -one that didn't impress because, if sincere, there would have been no need for a second or subsequent apologies. (What I mean is - you'd have done something about it). Moreover, I found a resolution to my problem via Hitman who seemed more au fait with t his particular problem than you were.
