My order was processed quickly and correctly and my package arrived quicker than I expected. I did some internet searches to find out what bitz company was best and Bitzbox got great reviews and they did not disappoint. Odds are I'll need to place another order soon, and I won't hesitate to order from Bitzbox again.
easy to use website (the whole remove out of stock products thing is clever) fast efficient, there was a mistake with my order but he sent me out the right parts no problem no qiubble so i still rate stars even though he made (easily makeable) mistake over differant types of tau drones
Used a few times and always have the bits arrive quickly. The ability to set notifications for specific parts is also useful, as well is the premium service to reserve parts. Overall, excellent service. Would recommend.
I've been purchasing bitz from bitzbox from when it started as one of the first to offer this service. Since then I've returned over and over again, due to the quick delivery and low prices. The response time on inquiries is amazing, as is the support. I've even been able to specify specific heads for 'random model' bitz in a very smooth manner.
What they could do better? Higher prices on highly demanded products to ensure more stocked items!
I have used Bitzbox on a number of occasions, but you need to be lucky to get exactly what you're after, as stock levels are hit and miss.
On this particular occasion my order was missing parts and so I emailed the company. As I'd not received any acknowledgement whatsoever within 24hrs (not even an automated response to manage expectations), I raised a dispute on Paypal, believing that the corporate domain attached to my email may have caused it to filter into their junk folder. I received quite an abrupt emailed response almost immediately and I explained the reason for my action as I have had part-orders with no response or resolution before.
I also raised concerns around an apparent fault with the shopping cart on the site, but the response was largely unsympathetic, even though it is ultimately costing them custom. In this instance, my spend reduced by more than half, after having to start the order from scratch when the shopping cart emptied itself.
Having worked in a highly customer-experience-orientated business for nearly a decade, perhaps my expectations of others are too high, but I resent being made to feel as though I am in the wrong when raising a complaint, even though the company is at fault.
I have now received the missing pieces from this order.
Being able to order specific components is extremely useful, but there are alternative sellers offering this function and I will seriously consider them next time around.
If I had been asked to rate this company last week it would have been 4 or 5 stars but my latest order arrived with 2 items missing. I e-mailed them to ask what had happened and, well, that was 5 days ago now. Nothing received back as yet, which is very disappointing.
EDIT - E-mail re-sent 29/2/12 as per comment from Bitzbox. Reply received very quickly and replacement items being sent so have upped my rating to 5 stars to reflect this excellent service.
Been looking for some eldar bits, and registered for their email service. Got an email immediately when they had some of the bits i was looking for. Purchasing was a breeze with paypal, and delivery was quick (1 week) considering i'm in Malaysia. Will definitely order from them again
I always get my orders quick and I find that being able to buy the individual pieces I need extremely handy. Also their overall prices work out to be much cheaper than buying them in my own country. Great service whenever I need to ask a question and any problems are quickly resolved. Bitzbox have a loyal customer in me! Great work! :D
The shipping to Sweden took less then 2 days. A single of the many item were missing, so I contacted customer support. The issue was resolved in a single email and I got the missing item the day afterward.
I highly recommend this services for anyone who is in need for single bits.
