Fab service, product fab too
Ordered two tyres online, very reasonable, lots of choice and they arrived within two days. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful carried them tyres into our garage for me. Brill service give them top marks/

Brilliant, quick simple efficient from booking on line to driving away!
Brilliant service, best price, friendly efficient. Had to call the help line to alter the service time and no problems at all. Service centre fantastic. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Good value for money. BUT, double-check the wheels have been balanced !
Very good service on the day until we drove home and discovered the wheels had not been balanced at all - so this meant us going back. Otherwise, think we will use them again.

Hassle Free
Ordered 4 x tyres on line with no issues. Excellent price, highly competitive. Fast and prompt service. Tyre order and appointment confirmation with the garage was immediate all done within a time convenient to me. Blackcircles.com kept me in the loop via e-mails at all times. Helpful call centre staff and good service
I placed my order on a Sunday and arranged a date but then had to rearrange, the call centre advisor was very helpful and as the date had not been arranged she was able to rearrange on the day and time I requetsed.
Thae garage was also helpful without the pressure of other Kwik Fit to replace all 4 tyres.
The only thing I would say is that when I priced a tyre at the garage they had a similar tyre for £4 less.

Helpful and convenient service at an excellent price
I contacted Blackcircles to ask about alternative tyres to the ones I needed replacing. The person taking the call was knowledgeable and polite in dealing with my query. I then booked easily on line to see a local garage. The garage were also happy to do the job even though I turned up a day early, giving me some advice about other things that needed looking at, nothing that I didn't already know. Have used Black Circles a few times now and never been disappointed.

Easy, great value for money, superb service
I stumbled across Blackcircles.com while trying to find the best tyres for my car and I'm so glad I did. There's tons of helpful information on the tyre rating system, to help you pick the right product. They were partnered with the garage I always use to service my car anyway. And speaking to the garage on the day of the fitting, they confirmed the fully-fitted price from Blackcircles is one they could not even have purchased the tyres for. The online order process was seamless and straightforward, including getting a booking confirmation both from the site and the garage. I can't praise this service enough, I'll definitely be returning when the time comes.

Fast and simple, excellent service
This is the first time I had used Black Circles and would definitely use again. I like the fact you get a choice of their 'partner' garages or you can just pick to buy the tyres and get them fitted yourself.
I used one of their partners and would definitely go back. The service was quick and easy and communication throughout was excellent.

Quick and easy to buy and arrange fitting
Having placed the order and selected the fitting date paid and done. Got a call to state my fitting date was ful but they could offer me the day before - which in fact was even better time but hadn't been a choice online. they sorted everything and I just had to get car to garage. HAd also done my check around on prices and once agin you beat them all !

The quickest way to get fresh black circles.
It was the easiest and fastest way to get fresh rubber for my motorcycle, when you burnout the previous one. I'd recommend this supplier to any of the other people that I know and ride with.
The purchase is so easy and anyone can achieve this with a computer as the way the website is set, it makes it so simple for even a person like myself who is not computer literate can wiz through with ease.

Very good service, exactly what it said on the tin.
Good service and range of tyres, good range of fitting centres. Good incentives with the club card points too. My only minor criticism would be that the vat should be shown in the initial price comparison . May of been an oversight on my part I'm not infallible you know.

Great service from Blackcircles and Crescent Motors in Burton On Trent
The tyres I ordered were cheaper than anywhere else were delivered on time to Crescent Motors. Unfortunately I got my days mixed up and arrived for my appointment on Monday instead of Friday, Crescent Motors simply re-arranged their schedule and could not have been more understanding and helpful.
Please Blackcircles, amend your Booking Confirmation to include the day as well as the date to avoid customer mistakes like mine.

Poor Service, cheaper in Kwik Fit
Ordered the tyre, it came back via e-mail as Run Flat for a BMW, the legends at the side of the tyre have a BMW logo and RF, means nothing if no information about the product is not clear, the fact that it was for a Mercedes might have given suplier a clue. I phoned the specialist advisor, not at desk but did phone back. I explained the problem to be told "you have ordered the wrong tyre, I acepted a cheaper tyre, no confirmation of refund.
On fitting the wheels were over tightened, and the tyre under inflated, air gun as usual.
Cheaper in kwick fit by £0.99, not a big issue, as this was a partner of CSMA it should have been a bit cheaper.
Not convinced that I will use them again, as I have in the past.

As we fully appreciate that the number of tyres available in any given size can be somewhat daunting, our website allows our customers to filter their choices by price, brand, manufacturer fitment and specialist fitment in an effort to ensure that the correct tyres are purchased. We also designate run flat tyres by an RF logo on the site and any specific manufacturer fitments are listed along with the appropriate manufacturer’s logo beside the tyre.
Having checked your order – it appears that you have not applied your CSMA promotion code to apply their affiliate discount and without this- no reduction will be applied to the price.
Although you should have been notified by e-mail of the refund of the price difference, this has clearly not happened and we will be taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again. Similarly, the details of the issues that you have encountered following your fitting have now been passed to our network team to take forward as necessary with the garage.

My mistake, they put it right for me!
I was very impressed how they did exactly as they promised. Tyres delivered and garaged booked I had ordered tyres of all the same size and that proved not to be correct. One phone call and they sorted out the problem including reimbursing me for the difference. That's really good service in my book.

Quality service from click to collect.
I saw the adverts for blackcircles.com and was interested to see how they compared to the KwikFits of this world on price. They easily beat the competition on price and the service was excellent throughout. I spoke with the premier garage owner who fit my tyres and he had nothing but glowing words for blackcircles.com and its owner, I can certainly see why after my first dealings with blackcircles.com. Plus, I got double Tesco Club card points too which really was the icing on the cake.

Really Excellent Service

Why shop around?
I needed 2 new front tyres for my car. After a quick search on the web, I found that black circles name had popped up on various forums with no negative posts. On checking the website, I entered my tyre spec and filtered through the selection. It was good to have all the rating in each tyre so I could compare the others in order for me to select what was best for my needs.
Once I found what I was looking for, I simply added them to my basket, picked a date that was convenient and paid for them. Simples!!!
Within a couple of days, my car was running on 2 new tyres and when it comes to replacing the rears, I know where I'll be going :-)

I like anything that saves me money
I found it easy to order online I just followed the link from Tesco, ordering was easy and I got double tesco points too. The tyre was sent to my local garge, which is the one where I normally go so no worries there, and the appointment made by Black Circles to suit me. I had paid online too so no time wasted paying when I got to the garage. All this and I saved £15 on the price of the identical tyre I purchased 12 months ago from the same garage.
