Blackcircles Service was good on phone, but dealership was clueless!
Booked my car in on the phone as one of my tires had a puncture and I needed a new set of tyres anyway. Took my Polo down to the Dyna dealership in Dartford. They called me later that afternoon and told me they could not find the alloy keys for my wheels. I'm then had to go back down to the dealership and take it to the nearest VW dealership (with a puncture). VW were kind enough to agree to help but when we opened the boot, they showed me that the alloy key was there!! In a black pocket but not so hard to find... for a mechanic! When I took the car back, I received no apology at all & was told to pick the car up the next day. When I did pick the car up it still had the plastic cover over the seat that the mechanic used to sit on and the cardboard on the floor, was it so difficult to remove, why would I want to sit on the plastic?!
Needless to say I was not happy with the dealerships service and we'll take my car elsewhere when new tires are required!
