Initially, I made a mistake and thought I had booked (on a Saturday) to have 2 front tyres fitted on the following Monday. Turned out I had booked the fitting for the following Monday, but when I rang to enquire, arrangements were made to bring this forward to the Wednesday. I was then contacted on the Tuesday night to say that they could not confirm the tyres had been delivered to the garage, so best to hold off going to the fitting. I then received progress updates on the delivery and made a convenient appointment that was suitably efficient. What impressed me most was this is the standard of customer care I expect these days - me getting calls not making them - that is so often lacking everywhere else.
