Blackcircles lied on their website (suggested I could book a tyre-fitting at a garage which in fact was not accepting bookings), were economical with me over the truth of alternative appointment made (told me it was a generic "a.m. booking" AND CONFIRMED THIS VIA E-MAIL on the day the booking was made when in reality the booking had been scheduled for 9am and 9am only WITHOUT ME BEING TOLD THIS [contrary to what the reply below falsely maintains]) and the garage in question had rude, unhelpful and obnoxious staff with zero customer service skills and very bad attitude who refused to carry out the fitting because it had been booked for a time that Blackcircles had NOT informed me about. Blackcircles? Around your eyes perhaps, if you have the misfortune of dealing with them!

As we are unable to link directly to our partner garages’ diaries, the fitting dates that we offer are preferred only and as soon as we became aware that your chosen fitted was unable to accept your booking- our operations team contacted you in an effort to minimise any inconvenience.
Your booking was then changed to the alternative garage and your booking confirmation e-mail shows that the appointment had been accepted for 09.00am.
Please accept my apologies for any confusion as it is certainly not in our interests to have any of our customers less than fully satisfied.
