Was going away on holiday by car so decided to change the tyres as they were coming to the end of their legal life. Ordered the tyres through Tescos and decided to go through black circle being a national chain.
First, i didnt get the option to choose the time of the appointment on line. When I rang and asked whether this was possible, I was told the garage couldn't change it. Then, on the evening prior to my appointment day I got a call from customer service to inform me that my tyres had not arrived yet but i was assured they would be delivered the following day still. I took a day off work as it was during the week. The following morning there was an exchange of calls throughout the day to get a status update as they had no idea when the tyres would be delivered. At no point was i told that my order would not be fulfilled. Finally, when the tyres eventually arrived around 4 in the afternoon I was told it was late in the day and the garage could not fit them on that day. I suggested they do them first thing the following day but the earliest I was offered was 9.30 meaning I had to take another day off work at which point I decided to cancel the order. I was quite astonished by the inflexibility of the garbage given it was quite a quick and simple procedure. Will never use again.
