Having made my arrangements for tyres, delivery etc.on Monday for fitting on Friday I was amazed to be informed on Thursday evening that the tyres might not be there. This was confirmed on Friday several times and again on the following Tuesday, when they still hadn't arrived!!! I always thought your service was reliable but if you've chosen the wrong courier to support your business then your business is only heading oneway and I wont be following you.
