Ordered tyres to be delivered to my parent as I was visiting but was getting late in the day (1715) and they still hadn't arrived. I phoned up their customer services and was assured they were out for delivery and to wait til 6pm. They didn't arrive. Phone again the next morning and was told that an attempted delivery was made 1615 and a card was posted. Having checked the mail box just after the first phone call just incase, there was no card and the fact that someone was in all day no delivery was attempted. I am probably on the small minority but very frustrating none the less.
