Perfect Service
Purchased an Eastpak bag from Blackleaf. Price was about as good as I could find on the web, selection was good, with seemingly up to date stock info. Ordered on the Thursday, arrived on the Saturday. Absolutely no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Top website, great product range, excellent customer service!
My shopping experience on this website couldn't have been smoother. Once I had checked out I was well informed with regards to all stages of delivery and had no problems in returning items that were not suitable, my only small issue was that I had to get a returns authorisation number for every individual item to be returned.

0-60 and back to 0 in 4 days
Bought a pair of North Face sandals which I tried in the shop
(but they didnt have my size) only to find that the pair you sent
me was fitting smaller (tighter) than the one I tried in the shop
which was a size smaller! What's going on I thought? Anyway
I got a full refund but of course I ended up out of pocket paying
the return shipping costs.

the ones on the web of blackleaf are not made in china but the ones that I recived are made in china. that the reason the I am not happy that I did shopping from black leaf.

Still Waiting! Ran 25370
I found that my order for some ladies boots where delivered fast,also when i returned
t hem for an exchange they sent me an e-mail to say they had received them and would let me know as soon as possible what was happening,i'm still waiting after 10 days.I would like to know as i need the boots soon.

Ordered a pair of glasses that unfortunately arrived damaged. Blackleaf were excellent, sent a replacement pair along with the RMA label and confirmed the return as accepted a day later! Couldn't ask for more!

Usually good but not this time
ordered uk size 10 vans but was sent uk size 9. the shoes were in the wrong box and obviously hadn't been checked. now have the hassle of returning the goods and re-ordering. Then have to get in touch to claim back postage costs if they are satisfied that they made a mistake. Too much hassle

Awesome service
If there was one piece of bacon left on the table, even if I was hungover, I'd give it to the blackleaf man (or woman). Purely because when I donned my new sunglasses every single stranger I met went out of their way to complement me on them. I felt like a boss.

Their prices are competitive and they deliver quickly, what more would you want? I brought a pair of Oakley Offshoot Crystal Black sunglasses for £135, ordered the Friday night on a BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND and they arrived on Tuesday.

Black Leaf was like Christmas and Birthday in one
When my sunnies arrived from Blackleaf, it was as if I was riding a unicorn across a rainbow.
The delivery time was quick and when I placed the glasses on my face a woman strumming a harp appeared just before a bluebird landed on my shoulder.
I am pretty sure Blackleaf is my new best friend and next time I throw an ice cream party, Blackleaf will be the guest of honour and get the big bowl.
