Black Leaf was like Christmas and Birthday in one
When my sunnies arrived from Blackleaf, it was as if I was riding a unicorn across a rainbow.
The delivery time was quick and when I placed the glasses on my face a woman strumming a harp appeared just before a bluebird landed on my shoulder.
I am pretty sure Blackleaf is my new best friend and next time I throw an ice cream party, Blackleaf will be the guest of honour and get the big bowl.

Excellent customer service.
I recently took delivery of my second purchase from Blackleaf. On this occasion the item didn't fit and I had to return it, but Blackleaf made this a completely pain free experience. They kept me informed during the various stages of the processe and refunded my money extremely promptly. I would highly recommend this company and I would definately buy from them in the future.

Answered the phone when I had an order query, sorted it out immediately.
A warehouse problem meant my "next day" delivery was dispatched a day late - they immediately offered a full refund on the shipping which I accepted.

I ordered the hoody for one of my sons as they only go for good quality gear and Blackleaf only sell good stuff . The parcel arrived in 2 days and I was surprised because they said 3 to 5 . The only thing I didn't like was the fact that because it was rolled and tied round the middle it looked kind of screwed up when I gave it to him . I would definitely buy from Blackleaf again . Fantastic fast service and the cheapest I could find online
Bought my little boy a tiny backpack from blackleaf because it was much cheaper than anywhere else I could find online. I was sceptical as I hadn't heard of them before, but it arrived two days after purchase and was exactly what I had expected!
I would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

Good product, good value, good service
Bought a pair of North Face shoes. They are excellent. Blackleaf stock them in half sizes, so they fit and are comfortable. Blackleaf price was one of the best I found too. The shoes arrived earlier than the delivery date I was advised, another star.

fabulicious service
I needed a closed flat shoe so bought a pair of cherry red converse shoes. And I,m so glad I did as they are so comfortable. I looked on line for the cheapest ones and blackleaf were the best price. The service was great I got them within a few days and am really pleased with my purchase. I also received a 15% discount voucher off my next order. But with so many great items for sale it's a hard decision to know what to buy next.

Good and well priced gear, fast delivery, but you have to pay postage on any returns
I've shopped a couple of times with blackleaf and have no complaints on quality, price, or service - all very good. This time I needed to return a t-shirt ( it was too big and I wanted to exchange or a size smaller), and it transpires that I need to pay the postage. The thing with online shopping is you can't try stuff on and my expectation and experience with other retailers is that returns are free.

I ordered two items from the company and paid for it. But I then had my invoice the next day saying that one of the items had been removed, with no explanation or anything. So I've now had to place another order of the second item and had to pay postage again! Not great. Having said that the first item arrived promptly and was exactly what I'd ordered. I would use them again.

Bargain price, Speedy delivery
Fast delivery at a bargain price. Had to pay for return as it was too big but sent me the size I wanted very quickly. Kept informed via email throughout the buying and return process. Would buy from them again but would make sure about correct size as returning can be quite expensive.

Purchased Oakley PITBULL sunglasses in matt black priced at £78 the best i could find.
Customer service was excellent i telephoned and asked questions regarding a warranty and were answered promptly.
Emails arrived allowing me to track etc.
The item arrived quite quickly, packaged well and the glasses are great.
Overall a far better customer service and more helpful than the Oakley store.......
I saved £27 of the rrp and also had free postage with these glasses.
I would definately purchase from them again......
