I ordered two items from Blacks two weeks ago with free overnight delivery. When my parcel arrived there was only one item in the bag. I emailed Blacks immediately and they told me that they believed they had sent me both items. they told me i would have to fill out a form which they would send me. Two weeks later I have not received the form. I have email and asked for a email version but they will not send me one. I dont believe the form had been sent. They have my money, I don't have my goods and they seem to be lying to me. If they had sent the form both times that they said they had, I would have it by now. What do I do to get my money back?
