Truly awful customer service! A complete and utter nightmare.
Ordered a jacket on the Blacks website at discounted price and order went through their various web pages. Got on on screen order number and expected next day delivery as my credit card had been charged. Four days later and no sign of the jacket. I rang the customer service number and had to wait an age to speak to someone. When I did they informed me that the jacket was on its way.
Over a week after ordering it I had still not received the item. After about eight attempts to get through to the call centre, I eventually spoke to someone who informed me that the order had not been processed as the jacket was out of stock at the time of ordering but was now back in stock.
They suggested ordering the jacket again and then they would refund the second jacket (at full price). I followed their advice and have been charged for the second jacket but have still not received it despite their 'next day delivery.'
Sent an email regarding this and got no reply at all. Gave up trying to contact Blacks through their call centre as the waiting times are biblical! When you do get to speak to someone they will just tell you anything to fob you off!
I will have to pursue this through trading standards.
In conclusion, Blacks online service is the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE!
