Avoid them customer service is appalling: Jan 2014
I bought a pair of Merrell shoes in January 2014 which arrived quickly but developed a fault after one day of use. Ever since I have been trying to contact the Blacks customer service to sort out the problem. Simple you would think for such a large well known company but they have failed to respond except an automated generic email. Well, I have now lost patience and just don't have time to mess around so I'll see them in my local County Court for a resolution because I am confident they have not complied with the law. If you are prepared to gamble and have to resort to similar action then use them, if not buy from any other online retailer. The once quality retailer Blacks is now just poor and their after sales services a joke. Having said that the shoes did arrive quickly! Someone in that customer sales department needs the sack! Choose Amazon, John Lewis, or Assos, but avoid Blacks they are acting like charlatans. Andy.
