Thank you for leaving a review and i am sorry you felt your experience with us was not satisfactory.

Speaking with you on the telephone before you made the purchase i was aware the issues you had experienced regarding the scratch buying from other retailers, so i inspected the googles thoroughly before i sent them to you. When you sent them back to us i checked them again before i sent them back to Oakley who also confirmed a scratch could not be found on the lens.

We gave you a full refund, but i will take on board your comments regarding the return fee.

Hi, A delivery or your order was attempted on 26th March but there was no one in to accept the parcel. Please call or email me directly at bill@blazesunglasses.com so we can resolve the issue. Kind Regards, Bill

Hi again. I think the problem here is that the incorrect address was provided to us when the order was made. We cannot change the delivery address once the item has been shipped. Your order was delivered to the address you originally provided us and signed for on 8th April. However, I understand that you have not received your order so we will try and get the parcel back from whoever has signed for it. i will also refund your order.
