Well impressed
Ordered a venetian blind being sceptical about the quality I would receive. Needing a blind beyond standard sizes I had to order a made to measure. Impressed by ease of ordering, swift delivery, perfectly packaged. However once opened I was even more delighted to find a good quality blind (plus fittings) made to my specifications. It is easily equal to another blind I have that was 3x more expensive!! Nothing cheap and shoddy about it. No longer a sceptic I will most certainly buy again. The only puzzling thing is "how do they do it for the price"?

Brilliant!!

Excellent! Can't put it better
Ordered on Tuesday, arrived Friday but without rawl plugs. One phone call and they were here Saturday. The blinds look great. Excellent service, blinding value (forgive the pun). Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use them again.

Fantastic Value
Brilliant, good quality blinds, was easy to put up. was up within 5 minutes. everything I needed was in the box. would deffaintly order again. only fault was the cord that opens and shuts the blind from left to right was 10x too long but that doesn't bother me..don't be fooled by the cheap prices I am very impressed

real value for money
I ordered the vertical blinds from this company based on price and colour. I am very pleased with the service I received from the company and I am delighted with the quality of the product. The blinds were easy to fit and all the necessary components were supplied. Would recommend to anyone, in fact I have ordered more.

OUTSTANDING
I ordered these for my mum as i already ordered mine 2009 so i recomended these to her, the delivery time was superb within four days to order to delivery. They are lovely blinds and the cheapest around but are good quality.

Product good, value good, delivery problems
Happy with the blinds and price paid but frustrated the blinds were delivered in 2 separate boxes. One arrived Friday the other Monday which is annoying having to stay in 2 days instead of 1. Will chalk this one down to experience and would use again.

Fab Fab Fab!!!
I ordered a very wide made to measure wood effect metal blind. Order was delivered very quickly and I was delighted with the end prouct as sometimes it can be hard to judge quality products online. These blinds are superb made, beautiful colour and finishes. You will not find this quality of blind cheaper on any other blinds website as I reviewed them for weeks. Would recommend and will definately be using again myself. Well done Blinds Depot for not ripping customers off!!

Arrived within five days of ordering, It was vertical blinds over 4mtr length. they arrived perfect just what I ordered, and the price was perfect. I would definitely recommend this company. I'm looking at ordering some venetian blinds very shortly and I know where I will be going.

Great customer service, excellent product
Ordered some vertical blinds which arrived within the stated time but were damaged (couriers fault I think!). Emailed blinds depot immediately and within 20 mins they had arranged a replacement, no fuss no quibbles, just excellent customer service. The replacement arrived within the stated time and was fine. Easy to install, easy to use and they look great.

I ordered 3 blinds and a roller. I made a mistake with measurement, so I had to reorder 2 of my blinds( my fault). The product is cheaper than anywhere else. Customer service is very helpful. I had 25% discount on my reorder. The quality of roller blind is fair, could be better made.

Wow, dressed to kill!!
The blind I got from Blinds Depot was absolutely brilliant. It was easy to order, the sample came next day and the blind itself came within a week and was exactly what I wanted. My window has never looked so well dressed and I will be ordering more later in the year as my other windows are jealous.

Very good value and quick delivery Pity there where a shortage of brackets and the packaging could have been better on the extra long blind when arrived it have a couple of little bends in it

brilliant customer service
Ordered blind way to big, human error on our part and they gave is 25% of replacement as a gesture of goodwill. We have had a few blinds from them as eerily do each room of our house and always pleased with them. The sample service is an excellent idea which I really needed as wardrobes and floor were difficult to match. We have large windows and they always have size we need.

I was looking for a new blind for the front room window, and found blinds, made to measure via a link with amazon, window measured, blind ordered and paid for, ....i recieved an e-mail confirming my order, which arrived 6 days after placing my order... the item was well packaged, with NO damage at all ...the blind was so easy to "Put up"....and looks much much better than anticipated....so yes, i am rather pleased ...

Always exceed expectations
I have had one blind for over 4 years, and when it recently developed a fault, one phone call to Blinds Depot resulted in a part being sent out the same day, at no charge, despite being way out of guarantee.
Last week, needing another blind, there was only one choice of supplier, Blinds Depot, naturally.

Very happy with the service and would certainly use the company again!
I was a bit concerned whether the blinds would fit my windows, however the easy instructions made it straightforward to measure and fitted perfectly. They were delivered in within the stated time which I was very pleased with. The sale price was reasonable and I got the blinds I was looking for which were very similar to other ones which were three times as expensive. Very pleased all in all.

We played a blinder when we chose this company
Samples arrived within 24 hrs to our surprise. Blind depot took our order on the phone and it was so easy. The blind was delivered 5 days later (that included the weekend) and it was simplicity itself to fit. We are very pleased with the result, and intend to go back for more when ready.
