Keep Clear!!! They send out faulty blinds, with useless customer service!!!

Ordered a blind for sons room which arrived faulty. After three weeks of emailing and calling, four attempts to send a new part out - each time the incorrect part arriving, I want to throw the blind away!!
Told they will not refund or replace the blind as its a simple fault, so simple that even with photos sent of the broken part they still can not send the correct part out!
There's never a manager to talk to, and the staff are ignorant, rude and couldn't care less what you are saying. Yet again waiting for the replacement part, but I'm not hopeful! They have no idea what 'customer services' actually is!
Will never buy from them again!! Keep well clear!!!
Only given 1 star, as wouldn't allow to leave as none!
