Good experience from the first phone call we made with a query, right through the ordering process. Blinds well made and can hardly believe how little we paid in comparison to other Blind companies!. Beautifully packed. Did not expect screws to be provided so that was a bonus. Impressed that even the tiny Allen key was included for making adjustments. Easy to fit. Our new conservatory looks stunning. Have absolutely no hesitation in both using this Company again or recommending them to friends and family.

I have just received my 3rd set of Venetian blinds and they are brilliant ! One measured well over 2 meters. So I was a little bit worried, but I didn't need to be! They are good quality and my non DIY husband said they went up a dream. I am looking forward to recieving some wooden ones soon. Quick, efficient delivery too!

We ordered three new blinds after renovating - the products arrived promptly, packed extremely well to prevent damage. The blinds were of very decent quality and more importantly, fitted perfectly. Far better value for money than many other suppliers I have used over the years - I could honestly recommend this service to anyone.
The communication about the status of my order was very bad.. No contact was made with me from the day I placed my order to the day I received it despite my repeated emails no one bothered to reply. I felt like cancelling my order but I no contact was made with me I couldn't. I actually thought someone had made off with my money and I was never going to get the blind. I work full time and it was just pure luck that I was on leave and able to take receipt of my order. I am glad I hung on in there as the blind is great and made really nicely due to the quality I will be placing an order for 6 more blinds. All in all poor customer service lets them down.
In addition I always try to shop where there is a Paypal payment.
