We bought several made to measure blinds from Blindsuk. The quality of the items is very good as well as the price. We had a problem with one of the blinds (it looked like it was dropped at some point, thus one of the ends was damaged). We contacted the company via their online system and were asked to email some photos of the damage, which we did. We received a replacement item about two weeks later. Despite the delay, we had a good experience with Blindsuk and would buy from them again.
I was impressed with the range they had on offer and especially pleased to find that they had available exactly what I was looking for.
I measured up as instructed and ordered on line. They arrived as promised and once unpacked I immediately was impressed with the quality.
The clip mechanisms which hold the blind frame to the window frame were easy to install.The design of the clips allow the blind to be easily installed and locked in position and if need be to be later unlocked , this allows easy removal of the blind for "spring" cleaning or decorating. The clips were quite ingenious and very sturdy in design.

I ordered several roller blinds and a venetian blind recently. The venetian was fine, but out of 5 roller blinds, only 1 was in accordance with the measurements I had given. 1 was too short, 3 were 40cms too long and 1 also had a broken cord. I was asked to provide photos of the faults. I had ordered the blinds with ' exact measurements' .....and had found their website instructions to be ambiguous, with the result that the supplied widths were less than ideal......but I could have lived with them. However, when I asked for one of the replacements (the one which was way too long and had a broken cord) to be made very slightly wider - and offered to therefore pay 50% of the full price for this, which I considered to be rather generous of me considering they were going to have to remake it anyway, they insisted I could only have the exact same width as before .
Without going in to any more tedious details, I found myself embroiled in an unseemly and time consuming dispute - over what in effect only amounted to about £15!
They also then began to shift the goal posts over what was an acceptable overlength. They started at 20cm......and kept on upping it to the point where they finally said that any length was acceptable as long as it was more than the length ordered! I had to laugh in the end - and inform them that clearly they needed the £15 more than I did - but that I found it rather bizarre that they would place such a low value on customer satisfaction.

Bought a privacy blind and we are delighted with the quality of the product. The delivery was extremely quick and fitting was fairly straightforward. The price was very competitive and definitely good value for the quality of the product.
Would definitely go to BlindsUK for any future blinds requirements.
This is the second time we have ordered blinds from Blindsuk, and have been extremely happy both times. They arrive quickly are of a great standard and fit without problem. They look great too.
Ok, ordered a blind for next day delivery on website money taken email sent saying delivery on friday, friday comes and no blind but a email saying sorry out of stock discontinued fabric i don't believe this at all as other blind companies sell the same fabric and they all use the same suppliers so what's going on ???
Also in email they said i can choose another blind but would have to pay extra £15 what a cheek also you cannot phone them just email.
I asked for a refund asap but was told had to wait till the factory cancelled the order? wtf if its a discontinued fabric what do they have to cancel !!! so i email back saying its still on website and was told their i.t people will remove it later on friday now i look at the website and it is still on website but now at a higher price !!!. Steer clear and read other websites about blinds uk for bad reviews as it looks like they try to get bad reviews on here removed.
PS, Still waiting for refund will update when refund is paid.
Ordered 3 blinds, one blind contained slat with join in middle, second not only wrong length but also another length with join in. Ask you to send things back no apologies, take forever to respond. Just don't take ownership once had your money.
Still trying to get my paid for blinds replaced.
Ordered blind quick and easily on the website, turned up on time in perfect condition. Blind exactly as ordered and of really good quality for the price. Will definately be using for the rest of the house as we decorate and have recommended to family and friends.

I am pleased with the blinds but was disappointed that I could not have my first choice because they needed ten days and I had placed the order nine days as I needed them to be fitted before I moved into my new house and had booked a handy man to fit them I had no choice but to change my first choice to the next day blinds and they were delivered as promised the next day, my daughter had used this company and was pleased with her blinds and recommended them to me and I would also recommend them
ordered two new blinds for my kitchen, to replace a roman blind and curtains. the room is south facing and gets very hot when the sun is out, my new blinds are brilliant at keeping the room cooler and they look lovely too. they were easy to fit even though we made an error when measuring (forgot to make allowances for the skirting board) but it was really easy to trim the wood.delivery was as stated when ordered. the only suggestion I will make is I had to ring up to check on my order because I didnt get an email to confirm my order for a few days after,which also went into spam mail.
Cant fault this service, i will definately be back.
I ordered 4 made to measure oak blinds before checking the reviews, there were losts of comments around not getting confirmation of your order and CS as a whole. I did not get a confirmation email of the order but they do tell you to save the last page once you have placed your order which does confirm what you have ordered. Having said this when placing an order on internet you do expect to get a more formal confirmation. I did not need to chase delivery or speak to CS so can't comment on the level of service if there is an issue. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and the price of the blinds, the fit on all four were perfect and they have finished the room of perfectly. I would recommend them again.
Just what the wife wanted in colour, good quality pity about the plastic end caps. Bought off the shelf blinds exactly the same in manufacture style however they had end plugs in a colour to suit.
Blindsuk is very good. The website was clear and offered a wide range of products that met my needs. Ordering was simple. Delivery was within the week, which was ok. And the blind itself was exactly as I'd ordered. My only slight criticism would be of the installation instructions, which were very abbreviated and needed long study and thought. Altogether though, highly satisfied.
I would certainly reccomend Blinds UK to anyone who needs quality blinds coupled with an excellent service. First rate company and i will certainly be ordering more blinds for the rest of my house from Blinds UK.
It's so easy to do, a few simple measurements and bingo your blinds arrive. No complicated fitting just a few srew in brackets, that may need to be drilled depending on the structure. The blind rail just clicks into the bracket, then hang the verticals from the hooks and thats it. It takes about 20 min from you first bracket to finishing the instal.
I was worried about my measuring but after double checking i ordered and they fit and look wonderfull i have paid before to have blinds fitted for me but will certainly use your company again.
Great blind, some issues getting it to centre up on roller after being fully opened first time. It did settle eventually. Thought later it should have been left to acclimatise in the room after being delivered in a cold van.
Delivered on time and pleased with overall quality. Unfortunately no fitting instructions included and struggled with mounting brackets which ended up damaging coloured coating to top rail.
We bought 2 blinds, with 1 being for my daughters new bedroom which we needed for the next day, it arrived in plenty of time to hang (easily done) and looks fantastic, we had the same blinds for my office and look great, not expensive but great looking and easy to put up, I have already recommended to a friend and would do again.
We received exactly what we wanted within the timescale agreed. The blind was excellent quality and good value for money.
Ordered on line, but received no email confirmation or acknowledgement. Waited about 10 days and blind arrived on doorstep- luckily someone was at home to take delivery. I received no confirmation of dispatch ??
Most, if not all online business's always inform you that your order has been dispatched - some offering tracking facilities.
Having said all that the blind was of good quality and fitted perfectly . I like to use businesses that tell you the exact date of delivery- even if that means a small charge.
