Ordered some work top edging strip on 19/05/13, not received anything! 2 emails sent requesting contact, no reply. 10+ calls with answerphone messages left requesting call-back, no reply. I am in excess of £15.00 out of pocket for the original order and I dread to think how much I've spent ringing them up. I would love to rate the company but being as I have not received my order nor spoken to anyone from the company I can not. If anyone can offer alternative methods of contact other than the email/phone number on the site, please let me know. If anyone from blingyourkitchen is reading, feel free to contact me - firstname.lastname@example.org re the above order, the sooner the better as I am now exploring the option of legal action. I am disappointed with blingyourkitchen. They told me that the item I ordered is out of stock only when I contacted them 6 days after placing my order as there was no communication from them. If the product was out of stock it should be mentioned on the website and should not allow customers to place the order or at least give them an alert message. Se telling me that you are out of stock 6 days after I have placed the order. Secondly, if they could not update their website, someone from the customer support should have contacted me the customer to inform item was out of stock. They didn't even bother to let me know. I have now cancelled the order with them. I can deal with a company who takes customers for granted.
Even if the items come back in stock, I would not want to deal with a company who takes their customers for granted. I will definitely put this on face book also.
I have never had a company that communicated as well with their customer. Yes we had a few difficulties but they were resolved without any qualms. Their contact, Lee , kept me fully informed every step of the way and he pulled out the stops further than I would have believed possible! I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again.
After trying to buy the same product from another supplier who showed little interest in my £650 worth of business; I found these guys. Great service and attitude - polite and knowledgeable - happy to help. Whilst they were wholley competitive, I would have been happy to pay more for the way they handled my requirements. Delivery was met in full within x1 week. Well done guys - its nice to deal with a well run and honest outfit..........to the other company - a wee lesson for the future.....an enquiry is an order.........unless you screw it up!
Rang up on the Saturday spoke to someone who gave me a code that would get me even more discount on line. I went on line and ordered the 400mm triple pull out wire basket set. The goods were on my door step first thing on the Tuesday morning. They were very sturdilly made and easy to fit. I would definately recommend this company to any one and I will; use them again.
I was needing to order kitchen worktops but had to know which day they were likely to arrive as I was out of the country at the time. I emailed blingyourkitchen and had an immediate response from a staff member named Lee. Lee first of all checked availability of the worktops and then 'pencilled in' a choice of two delivery dates prior to me placing my order. I had a number of email requests attended to immediately and efficiently by Lee. Excellent customer service from a staff member who must be a much appreciated asset to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blingyourkitchen.
