Great products, great customer service.
I would recommend BYK for their customer service. If you have a problem with an order, you can speak to them about it and they will help you sort it all out.

Poor customer service
I am disappointed with blingyourkitchen. They told me that the item I ordered is out of stock only when I contacted them 6 days after placing my order as there was no communication from them.
If the product was out of stock it should be mentioned on the website and should not allow customers to place the order or at least give them an alert message. Se telling me that you are out of stock 6 days after I have placed the order.
Secondly, if they could not update their website, someone from the customer support should have contacted me the customer to inform item was out of stock. They didn't even bother to let me know.
I have now cancelled the order with them. I can deal with a company who takes customers for granted.
Even if the items come back in stock, I would not want to deal with a company who takes their customers for granted. I will definitely put this on face book also.

I was requiring kitchen worktop and 'googled' to find Bling you Kitchen. I spoke several times with Lee on the phone as I had special requirements and questions and each time he was very helpful.
He gave very good prices, delivery was efficient and on time.

Excellent personal service and good product
I have never had a company that communicated as well with their customer. Yes we had a few difficulties but they were resolved without any qualms. Their contact, Lee , kept me fully informed every step of the way and he pulled out the stops further than I would have believed possible!
I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again.

No fuss service based approach
After trying to buy the same product from another supplier who showed little interest in my £650 worth of business; I found these guys. Great service and attitude - polite and knowledgeable - happy to help. Whilst they were wholley competitive, I would have been happy to pay more for the way they handled my requirements. Delivery was met in full within x1 week. Well done guys - its nice to deal with a well run and honest outfit..........to the other company - a wee lesson for the future.....an enquiry is an order.........unless you screw it up!

Quality and quick
Rang up on the Saturday spoke to someone who gave me a code that would get me even more discount on line. I went on line and ordered the 400mm triple pull out wire basket set. The goods were on my door step first thing on the Tuesday morning. They were very sturdilly made and easy to fit. I would definately recommend this company to any one and I will; use them again.

Very impressive service.
I was needing to order kitchen worktops but had to know which day they were likely to arrive as I was out of the country at the time. I emailed blingyourkitchen and had an immediate response from a staff member named Lee. Lee first of all checked availability of the worktops and then 'pencilled in' a choice of two delivery dates prior to me placing my order. I had a number of email requests attended to immediately and efficiently by Lee. Excellent customer service from a staff member who must be a much appreciated asset to the company.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Blingyourkitchen.

This is the place to get good quality ktchen cupboard fittings at a reasonable price.
Delivery was quick but, most importantly, their customer service was superb when I contacted them with a problem.

Good price, nice worktop and quick delivery
We were happy with the service. The worktop was ordered online. We were then contacted by e.mail to arrange for a day to be delivered. The driver rings you to let you know the approx. time of delivery, at least an hour before. You need to have someone strong with you to help the delivery man bring the worktop in, as the the driver work alone. We thought that the worktop could of been packaged a little better, as probably could be easily scratched in transit. But luckily the the worktop arrived in perfect condition. The worktop was just the same as the sample, which was good. Thank you for the good service we received.

Excellent Customer Service
Unfortunately the larder pull-out was unavailable for the day requested so prior to that date a very apologetic gentleman phoned us to explain the delay. He gave us the option to cancel with an immediate refund or we could wait . I decided to wait as I couldn't find an equal product anywhere. To my surprise they delivered even earlier than the new date promised. Excellent service and manners from all we had contact with.

Poor Communication
They supplied me with a delivery date...good. I booked the day off work as my neighbours who usually accept my deliveries would be elsewhere. I ring up just after 9 on the day of delivery to get a more accurate time. They choose this moment to tell me that because of the snow, they will now be delivering the following day.
I appreciate the snow may have caused problems, but at least have the decency to inform me in good time!

I have dealt with these guys twice now (Lee) and the communication and service is excellent
Had a 4.1 x 900 beakfast bar and 4.1 x 600 worktop with extras the first time the guys were helpfull sending out a number of samples to help get the colour finish confirmed before order, the ordering was painless as was the delivery.
2 years down the line I wanted another work top of the same colour to go in our extended kitchen, I could not remember the details of the originals but these guys could and have supplied another 4.1 worktop (Lee) sorted out all the detail gave the best price I could get anywhere on the net keeping the promise to beat anyone else.
If you get the service I got you will love these guys.

Late delivery naff product
It's understandable over Xmas to have delays on delivery but when you spend £8 on delivery of edging tap you expect it to be couriered not Royal Mail.. Turns out the aluminium edgin is just silver painted plastic.. Maybe that's my nieveity but over all £15 on a bit of rubbish

Just ordered from BlingyourKitchen new handles. they have a very wide selection, at excellent prices.
could wish that the delivery charge of £10 was a little less - but having said that delivery was the very next day

The perfect firm to order your worktops from
I have nothing but praise for this firm. Lee, the member of staff who dealt with my order, was extremely helpful every time I spoke to him and my order arrived exactly when it was supposed to and in very good order. The van driver was very friendly too. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again and am happy to give them five stars.
