I ordered the products in January, only half the order arrived. Whenever I called you get the answer machine (that says it all!) so to speak to anyone use the sales line. Only one person ever rang me to tell me what was happening. I had to keep ringin to find out what was happening. I finally got what I ordered in March. I shall never use BLT again.

Unfortunately the part of your order that was delayed was part of a new range of products in which we were let down by our suppliers.
