Outstanding holiday homes
We have stayed in two different holiday homes both have been to a outstanding 5 star rating with everything you require to make your holiday complete,yes they do cost more than other companies but the standard is far higher than other companies offer,we will always look to book holidays through Blue chip Holidays and would recommend anyone to take a look at the holiday homes that are with Blue chip Holidays.

great last minute booking
We have successfully used Blue Chip Holidays before and seeing an Azores High pressure approaching the UK I looked on their website and found a last minute availability which looked interesting with outstanding views. Over the weekend Blue Chip managed to get the short break sorted out with all arrangements working perfectly and we left on the Monday morning to 11, Hengistbury Heights which turned out to be a very good property. Many thanks to the excellent staff at Brixham for a very good holiday.

Great holiday, great booking experience
I've just returned after a fabulous 2 week stay at 1 Riverside Wharf in Kingswear. This was the perfect little flat for someone on their own or for a couple. Immaculately clean, nicely furnished, incredibly convenient for buses, steam trains, ferries and a car park right opposite - a rarity in these hilly parts! Julia, the owner/manager, gave me a lovely warm welcome, and tidied the place up in the middle of my stay. Such a treat to return to a freshly-cleaned apartment and clean bed linen after a day in the sun! The weather was brilliant too, I picked a hot week, and the second one was fine too. Blue Chip managed the booking process really well, and I got a fantastic discount for the time I was staying. All-in-all, a very nice time in a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. Job done!

Could so easily have been 5 *
The apartment was as stylish and well-located as expected. The kitchen and the bathrooms were very well equipped, although the showers incredibly difficult to operate at first. The beds were comfortable but the seating in the lounge did not make for easy relaxation, especially for my elderly mother.
The balconies had not been cleaned for what seemed like years and whilst I accept the style of the french doors does not allow for normal balcony furniture, providing a couple of folding chairs would be good. We used our beach chairs but it wasn't pleasant sitting out amidst all the dirt, cobwebs and bird poo.
The real disappointment though was the local property manager who failed to arrive as arranged with the keys. After 3 hours of kicking our heels, mum and I finally gained access to the apartment having been told, that all along, the keys were in the key safe outside, and all I needed was the code. This could easily have been communicated to us earlier. Also, the promised parking permit was posted to my home address too late and I had to purchase another, for which I am still awaiting refund.

Expert friendly service!
We've used Blue Chip for the last couple of years and they are incredibly easy to deal with. The choice of property they have is huge and everyone you speak to is extremely knowledgeable. They make booking very easy and the information sent to you is first class, you never have any questions you need to ask them.
We've been back and have recommended them several times already!

Happy repeaters
We spent our second holiday with Blue Chip in the spring break, and we can't wait to go back next year! Everything was at least as promised and pictured on the web site, actually even better. The cleanliness and the state-of-the-art equipment of the apartments in Ocean Gate, Newquay were exceeding our expectations, let alone the magnicifent sea views. We would definitely recommend to families or group of friends.

Apartment was light, airy and functional.
Apartment was generally fine, light and airy, comfortable and modern.
Disappointing factors were:
- we had no view as we just looked over the car park
- steam room in the leisure centre was un-useable, it stank
- cutlery supplied was strange, you either had huge table spoons or tiny egg spoons and nothing in between for cereals, coffee etc
- quite pricey for 4 nights

Fabulous location .
lovely weeks break at 1, Fishermans Loft Brixham . Over looking the harbour fab. Views from every window. Step outside the door pubs, restaurants and boat trips only a min. away. Bus station only 5Mins walk . Accommodion had everything you would need even an iron and ironing board. Clean and bright what are you waiting for book it you will not be disappointed..Thank you for a great stay and thank you to Blue Chip hoildays so easy to book and helpfull staff .

Very efficient and very friendly, a pleasure to deal with
As above. I would recommend Blue Chip to anyone. The cottage lacks a few items and is in need of some decoration due to damp walls and although the lawns are mown regularly, the flower beds and pots are in need of attention. For the amount we paid for the two weeks, we did expect a little higher standard. Having said this, these comments are an observation, not a criticism. The location of the property is amazing.
Items lacking and in need of attention are, chest of drawers required in double bedded room. Wardrobe required in twin bedded room( could be difficult). Tumble dryer a necessity. New ironing board required. Full length mirror somewhere in the property would be good. Outside shower only giving scalding water. Shortage of drinking glasses. Perhaps I am getting a little nit-picky now!!
Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would, most certainly, use Blue Chip Holidays again, in fact we have. And would go to the same cottage again, in fact we are.

cut above in newquay
The apartment in newquay was equipped to a very high standard with amazing views from the very comfortable lounge.although newquay can be a noisy and over the top resort, the apartment was situated in a quiet but at the same time, central position. We had a good time and would return.

It makes sense to go here first if your looking in the South West as they dont rent tat. Easy to use and quality web site. Booking is a doddle and your not left wondering. They follow up after your break for feedback. Ive used then twice now and willing to go back for more! Give em a go.

blue chip is british holidays 5 stars
when booking with blue chip holiday anywhere in the uk, u know it will be classes above any other self catting. the locations are well choosen near to all whats needed , room are clean and tidy and have most things needed to make the stay home from home. good beds,
blue chip have set the bar now for high standards and i will never go back to the normal self catting units now .
the only downfall was in the kitchen we could of done with a few more cups, glasses and oven trays and bowls. and we did not know there was a dishwasher untill we used the washing machince on day 5 of our stay pehaps a few signs to inform.

Superduper Harbreck Heights
Spent a long time looking for the perfect holiday apartment and Masts lived up to, and surpassed our expectations. Harbreck Heights was perfect in every way, superb view, very high spec furnishings, spacious and so well equipped.
The information packs were much appreciated and very useful.
It was easy to make the booking and the info sent on getting there etc made the journey and arrival easy.
A lovely place, we hope to return!!

What a view!
We booked our apartment on line with Blue Chip, which was straightforward and easy to do and all the invoices and information was emailed to us.
The Apartment in Goodrington was modern, clean and comfortable with views on the right of Goodrington Park and the Steam Railway and on the left across the bay to Brixham.
An ideal spot for families with the park and beach so close.

This company has an excellent website as well as most helpful staff at the end of a telephone line.
Blue Chip Holidays offer superb self-catering accommodation with real home from home atmosphere. My husband and I felt at home straight away and our lovely apartment at Paignton gave us a convenient base from which to explore the Devon area. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and so I am happy to recommend it and Blue Chip Holidays.

Perfect holiday accomodation

Totally reliable.
We've used Blue Chip many times now and always found them obliging and helpful. The properties we've had in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Isle of Wight have all been excellent and of a high standard. 2014 holidays in the pipeline.

Good Service, Fab accommodation.
Book via phone. Helpful and friendly. E-mail booking confirmation had all the details needed and more (directions to the accommodation). The caretaker made contact in advance with regards to key collection and was very helpful on the day of arrival. Accommodation was exactly as described - excellent.

Stunning apartments in stunning locations
We have stayed in two of Blue Chip apartments in Torquay and Cowes both were immaculate and had wonderful views. The whole experience from booking the apartments to the meet and greet and finally the superb quality of the apartments we chose was first class. We would holiay with Blue Chip again.

Pure Luxury
My View is everything it says on the box. Luxurious accommodation overlooking the beach. Fabulous location. Nothing is spared in the house itself, I cannot imagine anyone wanting anything more - except perhaps a larger cooker!

Amazing views and excellent quality fixtures/fittings in the flat.
We had a lovely time with family in the flat. Everything was so well thought out and clean. Not a mark on paintwork or walls and the crockery was nice quality. Much better than usual holiday flats. Really nice to arrive to a bottle of wine and flowers and there were milk, coffee, tea etc. in the kitchen to start us off. A luxury experience. It was hard to concentrate on TV, conversations, food etc. as the view took your breath away. I have my photo of it as my screensaver now I'm back. Many thanks for making it such a lovely few days. We hope to be back in the future.

Style and taste in abundance
Great holiday apartment , beautifully appointed ,with stunning bedrooms full of light from huge windows. Very peaceful no traffic noise even though minutes from main road. Landscaped gardens provided perfect setting .
Would return and would reccomend .

BLue skys With blue chip holidays

An exceptional weekend set in a beautiful landscape
The cottage was absolutely outstanding and well placed for visiting local beaches. Set in this lovely Dorset village with inspirational countryside, so much to do and places to visit, it was the best ever family holiday. Our thanks also to the Blue Chip staff who were very helpful.

Blue chip.............Gold standards!
We have now stayed in 2 different properties in different locations with Blue Chip Holidays. The first was in Charlestown and the weekend break was superb from the ease of booking to the quality of the property....we did not think this could be beaten until this May!
We had the pleasure of again using Blue Chip to book a cottage in St Merryn for the long weekend and its fair to say we could have moved in permanently it was so superb!
