Disappointed with Arundale in Brixham and disappointed by Blue Chips reply
Shame your reply was a lie! the owner did not fix any problems when we were there.
Have booked with Bluechipholidays for the past 3 years and have always been impressed with the properties and service by them. This year the property we stayed in was not good value for money. The electrics had a fault, the washing machine door had to be kicked to get it to work, the fridge did not cool down below 13c so could not use it not good when 10 people staying in the house. The house was dirty not what we expected at all. When we e-mailed to complain eventually got a reply saying the owner has fixed these problems now and thank you for the feedback. Not much good to us the owner has fixed these problems now our holiday is over and we would not return to that property. Did reply saying was not happy with the response but just got a reply saying we are only mediators so can only pass on what the owner has said. I booked with Bluechipholidays so as far as I am concerned they are the people who should deal with my complaints.

We ensure that a property's manager or owner is on hand to solve any complaints within 24 hours, but unfortunately we can only arrange this if notified of a particular problem during your stay.
