Ok, we weren't camping but we were happy with Blue Chip, the booking process and the location of the property we rented. After a rather unusual process with the debit card booking (website said there was a problem - there wasn't, it seems the process doesn't go "end-to-end" automatically as we've come to expect with most online bookings) we received all the confirmation details very promptly and the information was accurate and informative. We did have to give feedback that the property we rented wasn't as clean as you'd expect but this probably isn't Blue Chips fault. They might want to consider hiring better cleaners though! After cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and bedside cabinets myself we were able to settle in and enjoy our vacation. We're hoping the lack of cleanliness at this property was just a one-off, it hasn't put us off giving Blue Chip another go net year.
