After our weeks holiday we responded to the company's feedback request stating that the rented property did not comply with the Company's internet still posted advert and advised this could be seen as an issue under Trading Standards legislation. We simply asked that this matter be looked into in order that others were not disappointed. A month later the Blue Chip are to date yet to respond, perhaps what you should expect after they have your money banked.
