From our experience of one booking, we found the experience smooth. The property was exactly as described and so our holiday was pain-free. Just held back on one star as we were charged the balance of our holiday to my bank card without any reminder and it made me overdrawn, resulting in bank charges. I would suggest a reminder email a week before would have been good as we had the money waiting in the building society. Also, the directions were wrong and the house did not have a name plate so we had a bit of hassle finding it. Otherwise, all good and when we spoke to staff they were really helpful and friendly. The property was well above average in terms of fittings and general standard and we felt no expense had been spared by the owners.
